Property was in a decent area with good options close to the hotel. Some maintenance issues (shower leaked, fridge not cold/cool, etc.) and, when pointed out, was told that was the way it was. Not a bad option and some upside but not a great option either. Might suggest finding an alternative. The "upgrade" was a bottle of champagne but the fridge woudln't chill it so not a great deal.

The hotel was very nice, and the room was very comfortable. But what made this hotel so nice and stand out was the staff. Everyone from the front desk, to housekeeping, and the staff at the bar and restaurant . They were helpful for suggestions on restaurant's, tourist attractions, transportation around the city, and overall friendly. Next time we're in Prague, we'll stay there again, and I've already recommended this establishment to my friends. Thank you hotel Caeser for the wonderful experience , you're already missed.

It was fairly close to the centre of Prague, and we enjoyed the free tour that was available. The room was nice and there was a good selection of food for breakfast. The reception staff could have been a bit more helpful and friendly, but overall it was a good experience.

Clean and spacious room, friendly and helpful staff, amazing breakfast. Location is out of the bustle of the high tourist spots but close enough to walk to. Several good restaurants right around the corner of the hotel as well. Very much enjoyed our stay.

Lovely grand hotel. Great, plentiful breakfast. Rooms were a good size and clean. Great location. 15 min walk to Old Town Square or Wenceslas Square but the metro is v near and there's a tram stop nearby. Would happily stay here again. Prague is stunning.

Nice hotel and very good location. Patrick the hotel manager was perfect. Walkable to everything. Breakfast super! We will return. One note....taxi from train station is very difficult. Probably better to call the hotel and arrange a ride. Cost about 25 euro

Easy access to all the sights. The worst sleep I’ve ever had in a hotel. The air conditioning made horrible noise day and night even though we never used it, there was no restaurant like advertised and the pizza they were supposed to serve in the bar they didn’t on our last night because the girl behind bar was too busy 😡 I also asked for some laundry service one morning but the receptionist said they didn’t do any and didn’t know where the nearest laundrette was? It was two doors along 😡 needless to say we will not be returning to this hotel.

Of course, we also provide laundry and the price list is in the closet in the room or can be picked up at the reception at any time. While the rooms, and especially the beds, are a bit outdated and could do with an update, the hotel is really nice. Staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast is fantastic! Loads of options to choose from, always freshly topped up, from fried breakfast meats and eggs, over continental breakfast options, to salads, devilled eggs, fruit and veg selections, yogurts, cereals, and even a big choice of baked goods, definitely a brilliant start to the day. I asked for a room with a bathtub, and was accommodated! I love relaxing in a tub after a long day out exploring. My room was quite close to the lifts, so if that kind of noise is a problem for you, perhaps as for one further from the lifts. For me, I just popped the aircon on all night and it kept me nice and cool as well as functioning as a white noise machine to help me sleep. Overall, a great hotel for the price and I'd definitely stay here again!

Property is older, but very well kept and spotless. Staff was always present if I had needed assistance. Location is convenient to access transportation and walks along the river. Restaurants are nearby, but with access to public transportation, any restaurant can be reached.

Hotel was clean and the staff friendly. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Well positioned for what we wanted - able to walk into the centre of the Old Town, but far enough away that it didn't get noisy at night-time

This property is within walking distance of most of the must see attractions on the east side of the river, and it is so close to the river, you can not possibly get lost. Great restaurants/bars in a ten minute walk or less, great location.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good with a wide range of items available including Lactulose free milk and Gluten free bread. Good communication and was picked up from the Airport on the last minute as we missed our connecting Flight because of delays. Tickets and tours are available, and Patrick,Simone and John were very helpful. The location of the Hotel is excellent for tourism.

The property was nice and in good shape ! The breakfast, fitness and sauna were excellent ! The only thing I didn’t like was the bed was extra firm ! I prefer a soft bed ! Other then the bed being to hard , the hotel was great and in a good location to see all the attractions !
