Good morning, Kristofer I am sorry to hear that your experience at our hotel wasn't 100%. We apologize for the pool but with excessive use of the pool day prior it caused the pool to need added chemicals our pool is checked daily! The hot water boiler was not something we expected to break down and has been fixed. We never want any of guest stay to be unpleasant. Our staff should always try to remedy the situation at hand within their control. Our staff has been given more training to ensure our all customers stay is pleasant one. Our General Manager Wendi Provost will be available to speak to you if you'd like to call her, she will return to office Friday mid-morning, please know we have staff here 24 hours for any issues or concerns our guest may have.
