Good hotel
The good..hotel is very nice and clean. Room is spacious and the shower was awesome. The not so good..bed was very hard and the room was very warm. If you find the room is too warm speak with the front desk and they will adjust the temperature..with that said expect the room to be cold. The air freshener in the lobby was over powering. I would definitely stay again.

This Hotel exceeded my expectations, very central, clean, the attention at the reception was very, very good, the room was very large, modern, close to everything, I would recommend it to anyone and I would return to this Hotel. Great location if you like the city
The hotel overall was very clean and well appointed. The room was modern and stylish, with a nice large shower. Unfortunately, the hotel rooms were very hot and there was no way to turn on air conditioning or open a window. Staff acknowledged that they were “working on it” to multiple other guests we heard inquiring about it. Lots of construction taking place outside. Also, breakfast foods were not frequently replenished, so get there early if you’re really hungry!

Lovely modern and central hotel
We stayed here as it was recommended by friends who had stayed here 6 months beforehand. It was great; a nice entrance, good location and comfortable room. The staff were friendly and we enjoyed the breakfast which includes pasteis de nata (we forwent the sparking wine!)

Nice hotel, I wished our room had a bathtub but it was a lovely shower with a rain shower head. I little too much black for my taste but very sleek. The access to the hotel is not visible due to the construction. But really in a cool area.

We had lovely time - hotel very central and spotless - the only problem we had was it rained for our four days there but got few hours to take the Douro River cruise which was great.

Great location! Very convenient walking distance to pretty much all of the great parts of Porto, minutes to the metro, and only 10-15 minutes to everything else. Parking is just up the street in an underground garage and pretty convenient but not onsite. The room was nice, the bathroom was good size with a unique layout and privacy. There were some awesome floor to ceiling wall to wall windows that gave great light and visibility. We really enjoyed our stay and would for sure stay there again!

Closeness to Sao Bento train station is a plus. Many eateries nearby within walking distance which is convenient. The breakfast is worth it for Euro10. Room is small for the price charged and the lighting could have been brighter. There is no place to hang the bath towels as the knobs on the outside of the bathroom door have fallen off and nothing was done even after it was brought to the attention of the staff on duty. Overall, the staff were helpful and pleasant.

Great hotel for tourist visit.
Good location for tourists, in central Porto within walking distance of the major attractions. A bit difficult to access in a car, due to road construction, but handy indoor parking nearby. Very friendly staff, willing to help with restaurant recommendations and directions.
