After I checked in, I went to my room, dropped my belongings, and when I opened the door bathroom noticed that there was an empty yogurt, towels on the floor, and a toliet dirty.
I called the front desk, but nobody answered, so I walked down, and nobody was around. It took me a good 20 minutes to find someone.
Finally, a lady called Eddiane Gomez arrived, and after confirming that my room was dirty and obviously not ready, she decided to give me a new room, (after 20 more minutes) lower category, smaller, and not as comfortable. But at this point and being after 9 pm I was very tired and just wanted to shower and sleep.
Breakfast was good, tables were extra small, and close to each other.
People were relatively friendly.
Overall, just an ok hotel, with great location, and decent rooms.
