Our stay was excellent. We came for my mom’s birthday and they offered us the birthday package which included balloons, cake and sparkling wine for 4. It was a great surprise! The hotel was located in a central location about 10-15 minutes up from the main train station. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Our room was clean, very quiet and fully stocked with everything we needed. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Porto in the future. Thanks!

Our apartment was perfect! We enjoyed the kitchen, having coffee available and keeping food in the fridge for breakfast. The sofa and TV were great for relaxing after walking all day in Porto. Great Location/Spotless
Amazing small hotel/apartment in the center of a pedestrian street close to everything. Walking distance to all the sites to see. Super helpful front desk staff. You cannot park in front of the hotel and have to park in a garage about a block away. Make sure you are clear on the instructions to find the garage upon arrival as parking on the streets is non-existent. The morning breakfast delivered to the room is basic Continental. Having the small kitchen makes it great to be able to eat in the room.

I spent 6 nights at the hotel. It really was a "home from home" with all the comforts. Very friendly staff, clean, fully appointed kitchen, great location on the Rua de Santa Catarina very close to Bolhão metro, Bolhão market and easy walk to riverbank. Will be my go-to place for future visits to Porto.

This was my first time staying in Central Porto and it was as good as it can get. The hotel is walking distance to everything good and the rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are helpful and friendly too! I’ll certainly stay again.

Great spot to check Porto from
Very clean hotel in the heart of the shopping district and close to metro and restaurants. Very easy to get around and the staff are all super helpful and nice. We were with two kids aged 12 and 8 and it was small but we were out the entire time so it didn't really matter. Front street can be a bit loud at night due to cafe open until 1 am but we managed - next time I would do one if the garden facing rooms however. Breakfast is simple but alot of food and seemed very fresh.

Perfect for exploring Porto
Our stay at Bloom House was excellent. Exactly what we were looking for in terms of location (walkable to key locations and easy to navigate to from the airport) and the room itself was perfect for our 5 night stay, with plenty of space and a good compact kitchen. Staff were always friendly and on hand to provide recommendations. We would absolutely recommend a stay here!

Staff was very nice and knowledgeable. Only shortcoming was when we put out tag out for room cleaning all that was done was making the bed and taking it the garbage, no clean towels or no quick vacuum.

It is a nice, well appointed apartment, though of a small size. It was quiet despite being located on the main shopping street. The breakfast was promptly delivered to our door, precisely on the time we chose. Staff was knowledgeable, everyone speaks English, highlighted places of interest for us.

The room was clean and a good use of space. The area was central if a bit crowded. However the staff was excellent and extremely helpful during our stay. Would definitely stay there again!
