"The hotel advertisement is not clear in that these are a mixture of building and chalets. You will need multiple lifts to get to the restaurant and swimming area. This can be long if your chalet is fair away. The room was not clean, no soap was provided, bed sheets were dirty, the floor had not been cleaned, no internet in any of the rooms, no complimentary drinks. "Location décorée avec goût et bien placée . Les moins : aucun réseau 4g fonctionnel au niveau du bungalow, la taxe de l’emplacement a payer en plus et qui n’est pas identifié dans l’annonce soit pour une semaine 120e supplémentaires ( je trouve que ce n’est pas normal non plus )! "Das Haus ist sehr sauber und geräumig. Selten im Urlaub auf so guten Matratzen geschlafen. Das erste Mal in 20 Jahren im Urlaub morgens keine Rückenschmerzen. Der beste Platz war allerdings draußen hinter dem Haus mit Panoramablick auf den Pool und das azurblaue Meer. Die Vermieter waren sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Der Vermiter spricht sogar deutsch. Aufgrund einer stundenlangen Totalsperrung der Autobahn sind wir entgegen der Ankündigung erst um ca 0.00 Uhr angekommen und wurden trotzdem...

"The room was quite small and needs an update on paint and general upkeep. Most of the staff didn't speak English,and the restaurant did not have a menu in English, which, I must say, I have never seen in an international hotel brand. Other than that, the stay was just generally average. I would not go back, but it is kind of the only place to stay in Hyeres, so I guess that's why they can get away with it. Sad to say"

"Superb 'human size' hotel spread in the middle of the nature - Quiet and very well located - no too far from St Tropez and close to Ramatuelle old village. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. Our room had perfect size and was very cozy & very modern at the same time. Very nice buffet-type breakfast the nearby the heated pool. We will come back! "
