We missed our flight and tried to contact the property and were unable to do so. when we reached there the next day and asked them for refund/credit for a day, they said they can't do it since they were not informed. "This is a budgeted hotel No ambience no maintanence/upkeep No difference between deluxe and premier rooms except one fridge There were some summer insects in room The breakfast person told us to stir the tea with butter knife Huh ?? We stayed for 2 nights Our purpose was served but just accomodated ourselves Cant relax !the only pluspoint its in the middle of market and Restaurant Anju coco having good food is next to it"
