This Sofitel is a little over a year old, consequently the facilities and accommodation are virtually brand new. The Hotel itself is a magnificent structure which affords a huge swimming pool and several suites and villas with their own private swimming pools. The hotel stands adjacent to Nusa Dua Beach with magnificent views. Comfortable King Sized beds (a feature of the Sofitel Hotel Group), fantastic ensuite bathroom...even with a heated seat electronic bidet, rainwater style shower, enormous bath, mini kitchen, full sized refrigerator, well stocked mini bar, beautifully carved wooden dining table, large flat screen TV with plenty of channels in both lounge and bedroom and a very large terrace style balcony make this the ultimate experience for any guest. The local Balinese staff add to this hotel's wonderful ambience. Their attitude is beyond reproach, happy that they can please a visitor, happy that visitors provide employment and think of the Sofitel as their hotel... therefore love to hear visitors' positive comments and praise. The Club Millesime is large and well appointed, and here the staff cannot do enough to make you happy with your visit. After experiencing more than 16 Sofitels around the World, this would have to be one of the best one. If you're visiting Bali, make sure you book this Sofitel any other Hotel can only be second best - Highly recommended

Great hotel, it had all you could want! However, the cost of food, day spa and other hotel facilities were crazy! After all it's Bali and you don't expect to pay $16US for a burger. The prices were more expensive than being home in Australia. Especially the day spa. That was the only disappointing part
I stayed in this hotel few months ago for international Conference, I come back to stay because of the convenient, friendly staff and good facilities. During my check in this time, the staff Johannes recognize me immediately " well comeback to Westin Nusa Dua" , I fell this hotel staff really different compare to other hotel. Immediately he help us to get the SPG membership and upgrade into deluxe room, make our holiday more enjoyable!
We stayed 7 nights and had some day trips. The food was good,staff are friendly and the tour bookings were effectively.
The only disadvantage was the location is bit far away from the relatively good shops and restaurants.
I cannot fault this place! It is the nicest hotel I have ever seen in my life. The view is stunning, as are the surroundings. The hotel is built on a cliff edge with gorgeous pools at the front over looking the ocean. Pink and orange flowers decorate the white architecture, reminiscent of Mykonos really. The service is impeccable and buggies will escort you around the hotel (it is that huge). There are several restaurants (all serve delicious food) and there is plenty to do down at the beach if you decide to head down the stairs of the cliff front. Kayaking, wind surfing, or just sun bake on a bean bag/lounger on the sand. There is plenty to do around the hotel as well, including cooking classes or visit the little shop. The rooms are absolutely beautiful. We were blown away when we arrived at this place, and already planning on going back!
