"Positives: The room we had was stunning and was kept to a great standard. Very comfortable stay. Staff were very helpful and were willing to go above and beyond to help Good security Good communication between housekeeping Eco friendly and perfect place to stay if you want to be surrounded by nature Negatives: Check in process and checkout process are very lengthy. We had been waiting 45 minutes before our room was ready and we had arrived at check in time Resort is a bit far from main shops and food places etc so can feel a bit isolated. Cinema was unavailable for most of our stay so we were unable to utilise this, which felt a bit like we had wasted our money if we couldn’t take advantage of the amenities and whatever the resort had to offer. Not that many activities for adults to do, rather more to do for children."

"While the resort is amazing and the service excellent, the resort is very expensive. Adice: Book all your dinner restaurants before you get there. Otherwise, you will get there and find out no reservations available for your whole trip in the restaurants and then have to go to the buffet and pay at least $56 + drinks per person. The restaurants are also quite expensive. So, advise you to look for options outside the resort though a bit limited sometimes if you don't have a car."

"Our room was clean and very well equipped- our thanks to Geetanjalee. All the staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived and this continued throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent with so many options available for all dietary requirements. The setting is superb with spectacular views over various pools towards the ocean - and the sunsets were amazing."

"We stayed for 8 nights as a family of four and found the experience mixed, overall below expectations for a 4-star hotel. Positives: staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. Food quality was good at the start of the stay. However, several issues impacted our experience: Rooms felt dated and in need of renovation. The air conditioning leaked, wardrobe fittings were loose with rusty hangers, and shelving was uneven. Space was very limited, especially in the children’s room. Housekeeping was inconsistent (not enough towels, water not always replenished), and work was carried out in the room one day without prior notice, leaving a strong smell. The advertised complimentary water activities were not usable due to tides, despite being listed daily. Over 8 days we couldn’t use any. The pool area also felt under-maintained at times. As a vegetarian family, food options became repetitive and limited. The Deck restaurant had no vegetarian mains at lunch, and even on Mauritian nights there were missing vegetarian accompaniments. Also disappointing that water is not included at dinner on half board. Overall, good staff but the hotel didn’t meet expectations, particularly for families."
