“Very impressed, great food and service”

Brilliant holiday. Very relaxing. Staff were really helpful. Food was excellent. Would go back. We experienced great service but as the hotel got busier towards the end of our holiday, the service wasn't more iffy and we had to wait for a table for dinner, so not sure how good the service would be at peak season?

“Expensive but luxurious”

Legends is a very luxurious 4-5 star hotel in the north of Mauritius. You are treated like royalty there but expect to pay a price for it. Go for all inclusive if you can (expedia do not offer this) as drinks/food are astronomical in price (£30 for a burger, £6 for a local pint) Great resort though, lovely food and plenty to do for adults during the day. Not at all recommended for young families or for teenagers, nothing to do in the evenings. There is a (terrible) band on every night till about midnight but thats all.

“8 jours au Legends”

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au Legends. C'est un très bel hôtel : plages privées, piscines, restaurants agréables, personnel attentionné. Attention cependant, il est un peu loin de tout : la location de voiture ou un taxi s'impose pour visiter les environs. Mickaël

“Hotel Legends Mauritius”

We recommend this resort, because it is very clean, quiet and well organized. There is a good choice of restaurants, the extras are a bit too expensive, but it is really worth it as once in the lifetime (or more times) experience.

Area recommendations
We recommend the beaches of Mauritius and the nice resorts. The public beaches are also nice, but you can notice the difference in the level of life of the local people.
When to go
Easter is a very nice period to visit Mauritius and Grand Gaube, not so many turist, nice weather and not too hot.

“hotel LEGENDS maurice”

nombreuses activités comprises dans le prix; ski nautique, cata, deriveur, pedalos, practice de golf, tennis, bateau à fond de verre petit déjeuner très complet nous avons demandé à changer de chambre le soir, cela s'est fait sans problème

le Nord de l'ile est propice à de nombreuses excursions le temps est plus favorable que dans le SUD Grand Baie n'est qu'a un quart d'heure

“Situation exceptionnelle”

Situation exceptionnelle, accueil très professionnel, repas soigné et varié. Hôtel pas tout à fait adapté pour les familles au niveau des chambres (lit d'appoint et manque de place)et des animations.

“Hotel magnifique”

Le service y est irréprochable. Les restaurants sont excellents, la cuisine gastronomique est très fine.

Traveller's tip
L'hotel est magnifique mais il n'y a rien autour, pas de restos, pas de boutiques ou autres bars et clubs. Le plus proche reste Grand Baie à 10 min de taxi ou 30 min de bus...

“le jardin d'Eden!”

Hotel magnifique, agencé selon les principes du Feng Shui, où on se sent vraiment bien. L'animation et les activités n'ont rien à envier à certains clubs. Service parfait et personnel d'une grande gentillesse. Repas de grande qualité. Excellent rapport qualité prix.

“Séjour inoubliable”

Hôtel où vous passerez des vacances de rêve. Multiples activités gratuites, mini-club pour les enfants, salle de cinéma. Personnel d'une gentillesse incroyable. Seul bémol, la plage artificielle avec une zone de baignade un peu vaseuse, mais c'est une très jolie plage malgré tout et nous ne regrettons pas du tout notre choix.

Attention aux extras qui peuvent vite faire monter la note. Je conseille vivement la pension complète
