"My room was clean, comfy and had a balcony overlooking the bay and it was very nice. When I checked in, Sean was the counter worker and he was awesome and very helpful. Since the elevator was out of service, he carried my bags up to my 4th floor room. Although I did not use the pool, it was clean.
I had lunch at the restaurant and it was disappointing. I was seated at my table and my server was Ioani S. He gave me water and disaapeared. He never asked if I wanted aything else to drink. He finallt came back 10 plus minutes later to get my order. I ordered a grilled chicken ceasar salad ($30 is WAY too expensive). I was given my food. I ate and sat at the table a good half our plus, even after I was done eating. Ioani S NEVER once came over to ask if eveything was ok, or if I wanted anything else. I waited another 15 minutes after I was finished eating for him to come by with my check which he never did. I went up to bar to cash out. He never said tip was already included until I asked what the service charge was but he said I could give an additional tip too. I was taken aback by his rudeness.
Your bartender Chelsea was amazing. I went down later in the evening to sit and she was very courteous, kind and we chatted the whole time I was there. The manager Vlad was also very kind. Your server Ioani S is just rude and not very friendly."
