"The staff really let this place down. When we arrived we waited at the reception for 10 minutes while a member of staff carried on a casual conversation with a friend. We were told that breakfast was served from 8am - when we went downstairs at 8.20am all the lights were off and no one could be found. "The hotel itself was nice enough but we were very disappointed on arrival to find that the bar and the restaurant were both closed for reasons my Spanish was not good enough to understand. The promised restaurants in the village turned out to also be closed but we were eventually able to find some snacks at a bar. Having specifically booked a place with bar and restaurant it is very annoying to have to traipse around finding something to eat after a day's travelling. "
