"The property was a comfortable transition from a regular hotel room. We enjoyed the outdoor patios and used the kitchen for breakfast 2 days and the washing machine several times. The only issue was the third floor stairs after a steady hill climb- for those with mobility issues- this property would be impossible. We hope to return next year. "

"Our stay in La Spezia was perfect to stay and have for a home base to sight see in Cinque Terre by train. The station, La Spezia Centrale, was less than 10 minutes, which is very convenient. The property was well taken care of and suited our needs. There’s a tiny lift for luggage but is great so you’re not lugging your luggage up the stairs. The road to get to the property is super narrow, but we had Maserati Levante and it fit through the tunnel. Would definitely recommend!!!"

"We loved everything about this lovely home from home. The location was perfect and so peaceful, the host met us nearby and explained everything fully. We loved sitting on the balcony at night with a nice wine, being entertained by the fireflies. I wish we had stayed longer, it was heartbreaking to leave. Highly recommend this magical place."

"The view from this hillside retreat was amazing! Waking up in the morning to the birds singing through the windows was a perfect start to the day before heading out to busier areas. The town of Lerici and castle were fun to explore and a short train ride to explore the sites of the Cinque Terre. "The check in staff and breakfast staff were absolutely excellent, they couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. The rooms and hotel were very comfortable and clean and the breakfast was excellent. The location was good for us when coupled with the regular free local mini buses. "We had some difficulty opening the door initially but the staff came very fast to help us with it, which we greatly appreciated. We mainly communicated to them via Whatsapp. The room is very luxurious, big and modern and clean. The amount of amenities provided is insane. They even have a dishwasher in the room! The wifi was also strong which is a win. One downside is that there is no lift. You have to climb up a flight of stairs with your luggages to reach the apartment."
