“Annoying noise”

I was on the fourth floor and there was some sort of constant noise most of the night. Not overtly loud but incessant. It was kind of like a door or window periodically banging. Not pleasant

“"Old and Musty"”

A large group of us were in Chandler for a racing event. In the spirit of saving a few dollars many of us elect to share rooms, so we booked double beds. Arriving on a Wednesday for a 5 night stay I was advised that they were booked for the weekend and only had Kings available. This happened to several of us - not happy at all. Over the last 5-6 years I have stayed at this hotel several times and like it's convenience to the Chandler area. To my knowledge they have not put a dime back in to this hotel and it shows. The carpets are badly stained, the paint is chipping off the walls, and the bathrooms are in need of repair. There are many options in this area, my next visit I will look elsewhere.

“Very nice staff.”

This Radisson was perfectly located for me, and the staff was very nice. Wait, let me add another "very"...the staff was very, very nice. I gave this hotel a couple dings due to room maintenance. The bathroom sink was chipped and the faucet didn't turn off completely without some fiddling around. Also the smoke detector system buzzed. The staff made efforts to correct that, but had no other systems to swap out. I felt confident that they would deal with as soon as possible. Finally, the TV had a red tone imbalance that made shows look weird, and it couldn't be repositioned, although it was at an uncomfortable angle to watch. None of these things were deal-breakers. The room was clean, the location great, the price right, and...did I mention that the staff was very very nice?

“Highly recommended”

This hotel was right off the freeway but not noisy. The king bed was clean and comfortable. Nice bathroom. Great breakfast and restaurant. Free parking and free wireless. Would definitely stay there again.

“Just an okay stay”

This is in a great location for freeway access. Rooms are okay. Sleep Number beds are great. Breakfast buffet over priced. Unfortunately was woken up at 6:15am by the fire alarm due to someone burning a piece of toast in lobby restaurant.

When to go

If you don't like the very very hottest hot in the summer... Stay way from Arizona until it cools of a little. Even the evenings are HOT!!! Still HOT at 4:30am Not good place to vacation in the summer... Business happens so do what you must... good luck and have fun!!!

“Great Stay”

Local resident.. stayed as a leisure weekend away from home. Hotel staff was very nice.. Front desk staff was very friendly.. Bartender and waitstaff were very friendly. Food was awesome. Room was very clean although a bit outdated. Sleep number bed was quite comfortable. Internet kinda slow. Can't beat the summer rates though.

“Bed not comfortable”

The Hotel staff was excellent. they were helpful and friendly and willing to do what they could to make the stay pleasant. Usually a 3 star hotel has free breakfast but this one did not but the only thing I did not like was the sleep number bed. I won't book another hotel if that is what they offer.

Area recommendations

The Chandler area is nice and convienantly located.
