We loved our room and all of the staff, it was a great, small property which we really wanted after 3 weeks of hectic travel. Beautiful pool, great food - especially breakfast! The staff though- we can’t say enough! 10/10 on all counts! Every one of them - helpful, happy and always available. Beyond their control was the repair to the beach. We were so disappointed that we couldn’t use the beach due to severe erosion. It was being repaired while we were staying there, but it needed to be done. We’d recommend they let guests know in advance about the conditions and not advertise having an amazing beach. We would’ve gone elsewhere had we known in advance.

Relaxing, clean, comfortable, couples holiday.
The resort is ideally located on the main strip of Mui Ne around 20mins taxi from Phan Thiet train station, with clean spacious comfortable rooms situated in a beautiful garden. Staff are friendly and helpful. Pool/lounge area clean and comfortable with direct access to beach. Overall peaceful and quiet throughout our stay. Restaurant offers variety of western and local dishes which are good, but lacking in flavour at times and slightly more expensive than other comparable restaurants. The menu offers a variety of plant based and meat dishes. Complimentary breakfast was adequate with variety of pastries, fruit and local dishes. Eggs can be made to order but be sure to ask as there is no visible egg station/signage. Complimentary high tea was also available in the afternoon. Good happy hour but limited alcoholic drink options. There are also many and varied restaurants and bars within walking distance. Villa Aria cares about sustainability and uses natural products. They also try to limit single use waste and encourage guests to do so also, which I appreciate. Only point for improvement would be mosquito control in the rooms. While repellant is provided in the room, there is no net over the bed and doors don’t seal completely closed so they can still be a nuisance. Overall very happy with our experience. Will return soon!

Beautiful place but let down by a few minor things
This hotel is beautifully presented. The gardens and grounds are well kept and clean. Our room was amazing. The view of the beach was very much enjoyed. It was clean with little touches like a scented candle lit most nights (not all) and our bed turned down. We were given a complimentary massage each and 2 cocktails because our room was not quite ready for us on arrival...even though we arrived early which was lovely. Our concern for this hotel is that most staff have little or no English speaking skills so it makes communication very difficult. The dining staff really need to up their game as well. This is the only place we stayed where we were not greeted on arriving at breakfast or offered tea and coffee. I know this is not a big deal but if they wish to stay in touch with other hotels of the same price and standard, they really need to brush up on these small but appreciated skills. It has the makings of being a 5 star but I could only really rate it a 3 comparing it to other places we stayed at.

Everything about this property was excellent. The check in procedures were quick and easy. Everything was explained and the staff were super accommodating and friendly. The property was very clean and modern. This is actually one of the most well kept properties I've stayed in in Vietnam. I would recommend and hope to visit them again soon. Property was perfectly located near many restaurants and shops. I wanted to rent a motorbike for one day and they quickly got me one although it was 9pm. Loved it!

Great location as near to many restraunts, great rooms very comfortable and spacious. Staff didn’t speak much English, even ordering eggs for breakfast caused confusion for staff who didn’t even to understand the options given although it was in vietnamaise and English. Beer was warm and bar area lacking any atmosphere.

A very good and pleasant stay
We had a very good time here because it is a quite resort, lot of attention to customers, afternoon tea offered for all guests, kind and very welcoming staff. Our kids, 3 and 5 years old, loved swimming pool and beach just in front. Room was very big as well as the terrace. Everything very confortable. We eat always at the restaurant and food was delicious. Guests mostly from Korea. Few from Europe, no Russians.

Wonderful hotel in beautiful location
Our stay at Villa Aria was very relaxing. From the moment we got there, we were made to feel very welcome. The staff we very helpful, and the pool location is just beautiful. Our room was huge, very clean and comfortable. Our only slight gripe would be the same ‘relaxing’ but slightly sad music was played over and over which didn’t bring much vibe to an evening meal! We dined there once and although the food was great, there were no other diners and paired with the music we decided to dine elsewhere the second night. Overall a brilliant hotel, makes for a very relaxing stop off through travels of Vietnam.

Great small hotel right on the beach with super friendly and attentive staff, great Wi-fi, lots of sunbeds available by the pool and on the beach. Idyllic breakfast setting right by the beach although selection could be better.

Very tiny resort with rude night reception lady asking to keep our passports (saying hotel policy is to do so instead of making copies). We refused and the lady finally went to make copy. Room is very basic, bed linen thin and blackish, already worn out and needs to be upgraded !!! Breakfast with very limited choice and not so fresh. Staff needs more training on how to service clients. definitely not worth 4-star with very so so room facilities.

Very tiny villa. Facilities are old, window door can't closed properly. Noise from neighbour since house is too closed. No privacy. Only one restaurant, functional for all F&B. Some waiter is not diligent. When asking for tea or coffee, the waiter responded for self help. Normally most of good resort will helps, its first time we received response like that. So disappointed of message as well, messager was hired from outside. Only two outdoor beds for message with no privacy.

This is our 2nd time visit MuiNe and selected this hotel from previous customer's feedback. but was not good as we expected. Only reason we chosen this hotel is the location, very convenience to the pubs and restaurants. The villa is very tiny with privacy concern, can see through opposite room and disturbing by noisy neighbours. No SPA facilities, messager is on call from outside.

As we were given room 108 which was at the ground floor, mosquitoes / flies were common in the room. The hotel did try to burn some lemongrass essential oils to keep them to the minimal , but there were still quite a bit of them in the room at all times :/ However, room was nice, toilet was HUGE for 2 pax. View at the pool was amazing, plus points for private beach ! Also, there was never a lack of lounge chairs. breakfast choice was not too bad. Overall a great stay !

Fabulous hotel with very high levels of service and from the moment we arrived until we departed 12 days later, all members of staff could not do enough to ensure we were happy. The quality of the restaurant food was excellent from breakfast through to dinner with a varied menu. We shall stay at this hotel when we re-visit Vietnam in 2017.

Lovely boutique style resort, staff were lovely and rooms were nice. Never had a problem getting a sun lounger by the pool. Walking distance to shops, massage and great restaurants.

Luxury hotel with private beach, great for couples
Luxurious hotel on the Mui Ne strip, complete with private beach! Our room was huge, had a waterfall shower and outside patio to relax on, but the real highlight was the beach and pool. Due to coastal erosion, Mui Ne doesn't have many beaches to speak of, so it was great to be able to walk 30s from breakfast to the hotel beach, which have free loungers set out for guests. The 20m pool overlooks the beach - the view is spectacular - and is also a hop, skip and jump from the bar, meaning you can order food/ drink very easily. Staff are very helpful and the hotel is a short walk from Mui Ne's admittedly limited selection of restaurants.

Beyond our wildest expectations!
Villa Aria was by far our favorite hotel in all of Vietnam. Imagine South Beach, Florida at a five star hotel...now add amazing food and drink and helpful and lovely staff (especially in the restaurant) and value for your money. The decor, the beach, everything was beyond our wildest expectations.

A great little oasis
We have stayed at the Villa Aria Muine from August 01st till August 03rd, 2015 for the weekend. The hotel feels like nice little Oasis with lots of green around ideal to just relax, spend the day at the beach or to venture out down the down with its lots of restaurants. The rooms and facilities were in impeccable condition during our stay, the service provided was great and the staff very friendly and forthcoming. Overall a very good choice to stay at the Villa Aria Muine.

Definitely one of the best hotels on the beach in Mui Ne. Can't fault it. Great location, rooms, service and food. Kite from directly in front of hotel if you have your own gear or one of several rental places within 2 mins walk (we used "kitesurfvietnam"- excellent).

Lovely hideaway
We had a few days here at the end of a busy tour of Vietnam. The setting is idyllic although we did ask to change rooms after the first night as the original one we had been given was closest to reception and the road which was noisy. We were given an upstairs room with a balcony which was spacious and private as well as quieter. The beach is lovely, its cleaned every morning. However, when the winds get up in the afternoon,there is a lot of rubbish on the sand and in the water. We stuck with swimming in the pool. We tried some of the restaurants nearby. There seems to be a big Russian influence with a lot of signs and menus in Russian. The Vietnamese food was not as good as we had in other areas of Vietnam, maybe they were trying to appeal more to European tastes. The restaurant at the hotel was excellent, a lovely setting and the prices were comparable to the local places we had eaten at. Overall we found it to be more expensive here than in other parts of Vietnam, so don't plan on doing much shopping for gifts or souvenirs.

We booked the hotel for just one night but when we got there it turned out we had booked it for the day before by accident- the staff were so helpful and let us stay there anyway! The grounds are beautiful/ pool beach etc! Mui ne is so beautiful!

Clean and comfy villa
My room was very clean and comfy, it was also maintained well (and I loved the turndown service with the candle!). The pool was clean, but only a few of the chairs get sunlight after the first morning hours, and those were impossible to get to... Also the beach was way too windy, so only the pool area could be used for sunbathing. The service was very friendly (especially the manager of the restaurant), but the reception/front office employees could be better informed of e.g. train schedules: I asked several days in advance about those and was told to come on the morning of my departure, so the staff would help me get a ticket and sort it out. When I did, the staff simply said the train was sold out... So instead of a 4-hour train journey I spent over 7 hours in a bus. The location of the hotel is convenient and I was overall satisfied with my stay.
