Close to city in comfort

Stayed in 2 bedroom suite was clean and comfortable. Only criticism is that there was no sink in the kitchen which was spacious so had to go to bathroom to fill kettle and wash cups. Staff was easy to deal with. One staff was rudr - aiden. Not sure if because he was inexperienced. He could improve his customer service better.

Cons: Airconditioning
Location: Handy to walk to the ferry.
Having stayed in Rendezvous Hotel Adelaide which is a very modern high class hotel I was expecting the same. Foyer was more equivalent to a 3* hotel. Our room was okay but definately not the 4* we were expecting. The airconditioning was not working so we were extremely hot and stuffy with no windows to open. they did supply us with a pedestal fan late that night. The staff on checkin looked like it was the last place she wanted to be and was very unpleasant to speak to. Overall not the best experience we have had.

Only one staff member smiled at us during our over night stay. None of the staff actually looked like they enjoyed being there. The foyer and reception area was cold and un-inviting - what a difference a smiling face could have made! I attempted to check in an hour early and was denied, fair enough it was a long shot. What really offended me was the ladies attitude at the desk. She did not want to be bothered with me at all. The room service trays scattered all along the corridors to our room was definitely the icing on the cake for us. They collected one by one next to the doors throughout our stay and upon check out we noted that not one had been removed over night. At least the bed was comfy

Pros: A good location to explore the city and Kings Park from, modern comfortable rooms, parking on site and a relaxed professional feel.
Cons: The food,drink and mini bar prices.
The special weekend room rate was great value. Despite my window facing a building site there was minimal works over the weekend. The hotel had a nice feel to it, the staff were great and I was very greatful that my request for a parking space was met.

Pros: Good location, close to the city and quiet
Cons: Rooms lacked things like shower cap & hot chocolate but it was able to be provided when asked for
My booking through Expedia had not been received by the hotel. Staff were awesome getting this sorted.

ok hotel for the price

Pros: clean room, checkin was pretty quick, not far from buses.
Cons: if the kitchen is closed certain days and certain times, they should tell you that on checkin and not put an overnight menu in the room.
the room was clean, the bed was ok (matress was a bit hard) i rang up on the saturday night around midnight to order room service, but was told by reception that the kitchen was closed, altough there was a menu for late night dining (9:30pm-6am) in the room. i explained that to reception and they just apoligized and said the kitchen was closed the breakfast was nice, however i ordered it for 9am and received it at 9:15-9:20am

Disappointing

I booked this hotel cause it didn`t say that it charges for parking, so I assumed it didn`t (other hotels give you this information clearly). The hotel charges 25 AUD per night. I arrived at midnight and I need to eat special food for medical reassons, so I booked this room cause it did clearly say in the room`s information that it has a microwave but It didn`t. Also housekeepers open the door of the room at 9.00 am when the checkout is at 10.00 am and the shower wasn`t hot enough in the morning.

Pros: Good size room, clean & quiet.
Cons: Have the micro wave as advertised the room.
Not having the micro wave as advertised in the room was disappointing as we had planned using it. This caused some problems.
