"We loved everything about the property from the security of the property to the beach to the view from the unit. I didn’t miss one sunrise!! The beds were really comfortable. Enjoyed many walks on the beach. So many great restaurants and activities to do within walking distance. The only issue that we had during our stay was that one of the elevators seemed to continuously be down, so only having one elevator in a 17 story building made for longer wait times. "Judie at the front desk needs to be recognized for being such a kind and caring person. When we arrived after along journey from California with no sleep and we're looking forward to our ocean view room there had been a lost in translation from our original booking to what they had on record, she was able to arrange for us to have an ocean view room at no additional cost and was very helpful "

"The property was nice. The rooms were clean. There was a couple light bulbs burnt out and the a/c had a small issue but otherwise was nice. The bad thing was that this property is apparently seaonsal and we were not told that some of the restuarnts were closed and that there was no where on site to have breakfast includong the continental breakfast that was also closed due to seasonal. The only option was srarbucks for a coffee and bagel. Even starbucks does not make breakfast sandwiches during...

"Loved the lazy river pool & access tobthe beach. Staff were friendly & helpful. The hotel size is just right, not one of these mega huge hotels. "

"Very nice facility. Pools are nice and the fitness room is amazing. Stayed in a 1 BR unit so we were not in the towers and they put us on the first floor so view of the ocean was blocked by the dunes. Would prefer to say in the towers which are 3-4 BR units. Will bring guests next time. Would be nice to have a bar by the pool, but there re plenty within walking distance. "
