“Smoky hotel”

If you are a smoker or cigarette smoke does not bother you, this hotel may be okay for you. The 2nd floor hallway had strong cigarette smell and the next morning, when we opened the window to let in some fresh air, more cigarette smoke poured into the room. If you're at all sensitive to cigarette smoke, avoid this hotel. Cleanliness looked fairly good UNTIL I checked the bathroom & saw dried pee stains on the toilet seat.

“Looking forward to go back”

It was a great stay and perfect location. I felt safe which is very important to me when my daughter is involved in the stay. The only thing I would mention as a downfall is the bed wasn't very comfortable nor was the pillows. Other than that, it was a great hotel experience.

“overnight stay”

overnight stay, nothing special, we weren't there very long. basic continental breakfast, they had a waffle maker but got up too late to try it

“Will go back...”

The Days Inn is an older motel. The rooms are o.k. Clean. Restful. The staff was very helpful, in helping to show us how to get to a certain spot, on the map..Housekeeping, terrific. They have great security and an absolutely fabulous indoor pool. We used it every day. The Inn is also located right in the center of town. Great location. All in all, we will definately return....

“Good place to sleep.”

This hotel was overall pretty good. The room was clean and it smelled nice when we checked in. The breakfast was pretty good, but a bit too early for a Saturday morning. The only problem we had was that when the toilet got clogged, their idea of fixing it was to give my husband a plunger. I would have liked it better if they had taken care of it for us, especially considering the price we paid for a one night weekend stay. I wouldn't mind staying here again.

“Not impressed”

Mattress pad was dirty, and there was a trace of bedbugs on the mattress.

“What happens when you are a captive market.”

It's very difficult to find motel/hotel accommodations in Payson, AZ during the Labor Day weekend and unfortunately, one can expect to pay 30% more for an economy property than we would pay anyplace else at any other time. The staff was courteous, the room was clean and the property seemed safe and secure. This is an OK place to stay if you don't plan to spend a lot of time in the hotel.

“Horrible”

Rude help at the counter. Carpeting warn and dirty Air Conditioner did not work,we roasted all night. Skittle candy on the floor in room, obviously not vacuumed.

“Very Satisfied”

The hotel staff was great...I was impressed with everything during my stay here. The room was a typical room, nothing extraordinary. Breakfast was great. Informal, but plenty to eat for breakfast, and its was FREE:)
