“Great hotel for reasoanble price”

The Sunbeam hotel is quality hotel for a reasoanble price. Ideally located in Soi 8 it is relatively central to most places you would want to visit. Hotel rooms were clean and staff were friendly and helpful. I would thoroughly reccomend this hotel to anyone and will be staying in the sunbeam next time i am in Pattaya.

“Future Looks Brighter”

this hotel was in midst of an upgrade, so the review might not be best timed from their perspective. this hotel is a good value for money. i have stayed there in the past, and believe that the quality of the room has deteriorated over the last years, but we should expect an improved infra post the renovation. the service and the breakfast spread is quite good. a very good value for money. the fact that it is close to most places of interest in Pattaya adds to the place.
