We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Ocean Sands Resort. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean. We had the opportunity to have a condo with a sliding door right out to the ocean view and a short walk to the beach. There were several rabbits hopping around on the property. There was no restaurant on the premises but several options not far away.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We apologize if the concern with the loose table leg was not addressed to your liking. Our maintenance staff was unavailable to come in to look at the loose table leg so late in the day, but they did come down and fix it for you first thing in the morning. Fortunately, there was another option (desk) in your unit that would be able to be used instead, until the leg was fixed.We appreciate your insights and will follow up with our team regarding your experience.

This property was not for us. Staff did try to accommodate us, however it just was not what we expected from the pictures and description. It’s an elderly area, we had a bottom floor suite and did not sleep due to footsteps all night above us. We set the smoke detector off heating bread in the toaster. We checked out as soon as the office opened. Staff were understanding and very reasonable.

The condo had many upgrades, which was really nice to see the only issue we had was with the TV. The volume would go up and down on it in the front room. The TV in the bedroom was for movies only otherwise we really like this place

We spent three nights at the resort over the long weekend. The condo was well stocked with everything you may need. The condo was spacious! TV was small and not compatible for streaming. The office had dvd’s to borrow. The pool and grounds are well kept. Bunny rabbits running around for your enjoyment! Family oriented place. The staff were friendly and non intrusive.

Sara at front desk was Bubbly and helpful! Quick check in, explained all we needed to get settled. Our suite was very clean and had all that we needed for our quick getaway with kids. They loved the pool and property. Lots of families and kids having fun. Great family resort, reasonably priced for the season and all the amenities.

It was nice being near the water. The property and the suite are very dated. The furnishings are drab and the suite lacked facilities that are currently looked for like usb plugs. The pool area and hot tub area are also very dated.

Staff here are super friendly and the unit was very clean and spacious. Unfortunately there is no TV in the bedroom and there is no ice machine on the premises. However, when I mentioned I was looking for the Ice Machine, I was given a block of Ice that they had available. There was electric vehicle charging available. I would definitely stay here again.

The resort is right on a beach, ocean view from a balcony, the unit is spacious, nice thematic decor of the room, equipped kitchen. I didn't like a double size bed, and not enough towels provided. However, we could manage,not a big deal. Nothing could spoil a wonderful view! Sara at the office was super nice, helpful and caring. Great stay! Definitely recommended!!!

Location, peaceful, very pleasant. We had difficulty finding the sauna at night and also had difficulty operating the elevator late at night. Perhaps some additional signage would have helped. I would most definitely stay there again!
