We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Ocean Sands Resort. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean. We had the opportunity to have a condo with a sliding door right out to the ocean view and a short walk to the beach. There were several rabbits hopping around on the property. There was no restaurant on the premises but several options not far away.

This property was not for us. Staff did try to accommodate us, however it just was not what we expected from the pictures and description. It’s an elderly area, we had a bottom floor suite and did not sleep due to footsteps all night above us. We set the smoke detector off heating bread in the toaster. We checked out as soon as the office opened. Staff were understanding and very reasonable.

The condo had many upgrades, which was really nice to see the only issue we had was with the TV. The volume would go up and down on it in the front room. The TV in the bedroom was for movies only otherwise we really like this place
