The community is great for walking and exploring. We discovered New Fall Beach but it requires sure footedness and athleticism to climb down and up. I think the money that I paid should account for electricity. If I leave my house for vacation and I pay to be in a place. I would like to be able to enjoy and feel free to use the AC as I wish.
