“Best of the hotels I have stayed in Paris”
Very nocely located, very spacious (by Paris standards), good rooms, quiet. Of all the hotels I have stayed in Paris over the years, this has been the best. I just wish there was a park within a walking distance to jog in!
“Only location is good”
Location is good, but others are terrible, considering the price.
“Not 4 stars”
Central location hotel with reasonable size rooms. However beds were extremely uncomfortable. Hotel staff were very helpful. It may suit a couple with no children.
“Good Aparthotel, could do with brush of paint”
We stayed for 4 days in October over a weekend. Hotel was v convenient for sightseeing, v good supermarket just across road, large luxurious Printemps store & other gr8 shops also round corner. Shower in next door room made pipes rattle v loudly and awoke us at 6am, place looks a bit knocked and tired (so not as attractive as photos), could do with sprucing up. Otherwise just right for what we wanted as weren't looking for luxury but good comfort.
“Convenient central paris location for young family.”
Location is good for central Paris attractions but first impressions of the hotel entrance are not good. It is on a back street facing the loading bays of some shops and offices. Apart from that rooms are great.
“Fantastic hotel in a fantastic location”
The Residhome hotel has an absolutely superb location. It's right next to the St Lazare metro stop, which connects to the RER and multiple Metro lines. It's also right next to the two largest department stores in Paris, Lafayette and Printemps. The hotel is also a half block away from a Monoprix (grocery store), which is convenient for getting snacks/coffee or toiletries to bring back to the hotel. As for the room - we were pleasantly surprised by how spacious our accommodations were. Our suite was townhome-style, and two floors. Everything was very modern, and extremely comfortable. The suite was outfitted with two televisions, as well as a microwave and kitchenette. The staff are all very knowledgeable about the area, and very friendly. They all also speak very good English! Our stay there made our trip in Paris so much more pleasant, and we'd strongly recommend it to future travelers. We'll definitely stay here again.
“An Average Baby Friendly Hotel”
We got into Paris a little earlier than our expected time but they didnt have any rooms available till later in the afternoon which was quite difficult when one is traveling with a 10 month old. That said, they were helpful and gracious when the room was finally assigned to us at around 12 noon. The first day the toilet was leaking and it took forever to get cleaned. The dishwasher wasnt working and generally the supplies of soap, shampoo etc were not replenished. We were there for 10 days and what was given on day 1 never got replenished later even after we ran out of it. My son had thrown up a little on the bed and we had asked for the bed sheets to be changed. They didnt do it and when we got back to our room late at night we had to go down to the reception and get the sheets and make our own bed! Sheets were not changed regulalry (we were told once a week). But other than that its helpful to have a microwave, fridge and a gas stove if you want to make something quick and very baby friendly. We had a duplex room and so there was quite a bit of space. Excellent location though it gets a little quiet at night (which was great for us) .
“Small and No Frills Hotel”
When we arrived to the hotel, graiitti was on the buildings across the street. The cleaning service is minimal with only towels changed and bed made on a daily basis. No wash clothes were provided. The front desk provided minimal advice on local activities, although they did schedule several taxis. The rooms were tiny and uncomfortable. Definitely would not stay there again or not recommend this hotel to anyone.
“A good find in Paris”
We arrived at night. The cab driver couldn't find the address at the beginning as the hotel was in a back ally. The entrance was small, but as we walked into the room, we were very impressed. It was pretty new, and it came with a fully furnished kitchen (no cork screw in case you want to open a bottle of wine). The location is great, a couple of metro stations in 5 minutes walk distance.
“Very good location”
The main high point of the hotel is location , was great , mind you after midnight didn't feel safe to walk to there , the staff very helpful , the room basically alright nothing fancy , but it has what it needs , i will choose it again for the location.
