The front desk staff were rude, dismissive, and unwelcoming no smiles, no greetings, and an overall attitude that made guests feel like they were asking for favors rather than receiving service. I’m not sure if this is part of the company culture or just a lack of care for their jobs, but it definitely affected my impression of the hotel. Thankfully, the breakfast staff completely changed my experience. Mohamed and Abellie stood out for their kindness, warmth, and professionalism they genuinely made my mornings enjoyable and turned a disappointing stay into a more positive one. The hotel’s location near the Eiffel Tower is fantastic, and the breakfast selection was excellent.
