“Great place and convenient but strange smell in the room”
I had a room for 1 for a week in Paris in room 501. It was a perfect room that was bigger than I expected and my huge luggage fit perfectly tucked away in the closet. The bathroom was roomy and very comfortable. There was a strange smell coming through each time I turned on the air conditioner, but it went away when I turned it off. The weather was colder so that was fine. When I mentioned it to the receptionist, he said he would send someone to check it right away but I was leaving in a day and didn't notice any difference after the mention. My friends had 502 and 507 on the same hall. My friend's room 502 was for 2 persons and had a much larger bathroom and bedroom which was expected. Room 507 had low ceilings and was much darker with a smaller bathroom and much less counter space. The receptionists were all extremely helpful, helped all of us with booking reservations and taxis, and spoke very well. The location was close to the metro and walking distance to lots of sites and shopping. There were tons of amazing restaurants nearby as well! I've been to many mercure's all over France and enjoyed this stay as well. Should I return, I would definitely stay here again.
“Very happy with Mercure Paris Opera Cusset”
I was not sure what to expect as European hotel rooms usually very small. We were impressed with the size of our room - plenty of space for 3 adults with 3 large suitcases. Even bathroom was a good size. The rooms was clean and had all we needed for a two night stay - even had a kettle for making tea. Excellent location near Metro and close to the major tourist attractions. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.
“very pretty and comfortable hotel in a lively quarter”
This hotel is very clean and well maintained, very comfortable (even stallar compared to the low standard of most hoetl in Paris) extremely well positioned with many theatre and late night restaurant within walking distance
“Central Paris Location”
This is a traditional hotel with character (like the 2 person elevator). The central location of the hotel made up for the rather cramped accommodation. A 15 minute stroll to the Louvre and River Seine in one direction, and a short walk to the shopping district in another. Subway just a couple of minutes away. Good views over the rooftops of Paris from our 5th floor room. Plenty of good restaurants and street cafes nearby -so there was no need to pay 18 euros for the hotel breakfast.

“Hotel très central et facile d'accès sauf en voiture”
Hall d'entrée et cage d'escalier vétuste, aspect extérieur médiocre, par contre la chambre est rénovée et surtout la salle de bain est très plaisante bien que petite.
“Gute und zentral gelegen”
Diese Hotel ist ganz Zentral in Paris gelegen. Günstig ist es nicht, aber komfortabel. Das Büffet-Frühstück kostet €18 pro Person und bietet auch Bio-Produkte.
“Metrostation fast direkt am Hotel”
Ausser der Nähe zur Opera Garnier zu Fuss und einer Metrostation fast am Hotel, waren wir nicht zufrieden.

Hotel in buona posizione centrale, silenzioso, ma camere minuscole ci sta il letto e poco più. Vecchio non ristrutturato, il personale non tutto è all'altezza. Giudizio scarso. a Parigi allo stesso prezzo e in posizione centrale si trova di meglio.
“Super tolles Hotel, beste Lage, sehr zu empfehlen!”
Das Mercure Paris Opera Cusset ist ein kleines aber sehr sehr feines Hotel. Es liegt sehr zentral, direkt um die Ecke ist die U-Bahn Station Richelieu Drouot, von der aus man überall in kurzer Zeit hinkommt. Der Service war gut, die Dame/der Herr am Empfang waren immer sehr nett und hilfsbereit und haben ein gutes Englisch gesprochen. Das Zimmer war sehr süß, klein aber völlig ausreichend. Das Bad war groß und hatte eine Badewanne, in der man duschen konnte. Sauberkeit war jederzeit gegeben. Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut und man fand immer einen Sitzplatz. Alles in allem gebe ich dem Hotel die Note: sehr gut, und würde jederzeit wieder dort übernachten.
