Very nice hotel close to train and metro stations.

Posted 22-Dec-2014
Pros: A very welcoming hotel, well run with professional staff always prepared to help in anyway possible
Cons: The tv reception of English channels! Could only receive news channels which is boring after the third or fourth session.
Location: Good location near to the Les Halles railway station. Notre dame cathedral, Pompidou museum, Louvre, Saint Chapple all within easy reach.
The Hotel Relais des Halles is ideally situated for numerous sites to visit, many within walking distance. I visited the hotel in Dec 2014 to coincide with my birthday. I was pleasantly surprised to be presented with a bottle of Champagne on my birthday. Thank you so much. We visited many sites of interest including the Montparnasse tower for a view of the city. Excellent breakfast in a cosy breakfast room.

This hotel lives up to it's reviews

Posted 08-Dec-2014
Pros: The neighborhood had lots of shopping, restaurants so there was always something to do. The train station was a three minute walk from the hotel.
Location: 15 minutes from Notre Dame and the Louvre
When selecting somewhere to stay I always try to do some research on the location to try and ensure that we enjoy our stay. Most of the time you can count on previous guest experiences to give you some idea what a hotel is like and I am happy to report that this hotel definitely lives up to the high praise it receives. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would stay there again in the future.

Boutique hotel in the middle of the key sites

Posted 20-Nov-2014
Pros: Location, location, location
Cons: There is a very small shower and no bath tub, which my wife would have preferred after a long day of seeing the sites.
This was a great location for our first stay in Paris. The Metro (Etienne Marcel) station is one block away and the RER (les Halles) station is just a few blocks away. Take the RER - B line from the CDG airport and you will be at the hotel quickly. Room was nice and clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Best shower/douche!

Posted 21-Aug-2014 on Hotels.com
Of 6 different inns over 13 days in France, Relais les halles had the best shower facilities. We had a pretty, nicely decorated, corner room (#502) with views up two streets. Easy access to Metro at Etiene station & Velib sites & little grocery around the corner. Neighborhood looks a bit seedy after dark but we had no problems. Would stay there again.

Central hotel in Paris with friendly staff

Posted 26-Jul-2014
Pros: Convenient location, Lovely room and super helpful staff.
Cons: Gentle music at breakfast?
Location: Les Halles is a busy area to explore but the Centre Pompidou, Louvre and Seine are all within walking distance.
Stayed one night this week for a job interview. From the moment I arrived the staff could not have been more helpful. I was offered a cold bottle of Evian and given recommendations for restaurants as well as travel details (Metro tow mins away) and how to log on to wifi which was free! The room was big enough for one or two persons with tasteful and recently upgraded decor and super clean bathroom. Bed was extremely comfortable too and the soundproofing excellent. I was given petit dejeuner on the house which was one of the best I have eaten, along with the Toblerone I ate from the mini bar! Cannot recommend highly enough. Felt like a home from home. I will be back!
