“Beautiful hotel”

A beautiful hotel - luxurious, very clean and elegantly decorated with good facilities. While some staff were welcoming and helpful, others were not so polite or accommodating. During check-out, the lady who we paid the bill to was less than attentive, not asking us if we had enjoyed our stay or even saying goodbye. The hotel was just around the corner to the Eiffel Tower and conveniently situated near the metro. However, the area was a little quiet for those looking for more than restaurants.

Area recommendations
I would recommend somewhere closer to the Grande Boulevarde/Louvre area as there is much more going on.

“Not very impressive but it works.”

Although I wouldn't stay here again this is a decent hotel but they have REALLY small rooms.

“Eiffel Seine”

10 steps from the metro, 5 minutes from Eiffel Tower. Small boutique hotel, we were put outside? Not sure if the was because we had the Expedia rate, but booked months in advanced and asked for nicest room. Breakfast is less than what you get at Hampton. Clean, modern, small small bathroom and room.

Getting there
Take the RER Blue line to Notre Dame stop and then switch to the metro and look for Birkheim stop and you are 5 steps from your hotel. This will save you $80 in taxi. Cost is about $10 for two people by train and takes half the time.

“Great location”

Frist time to Paris and this hotel was located just blocks from the Eiffel Tower. Would stay here again without hesitation. Easy access to public transportation and tour buses. Friendly staff, no issues with English at the hotel. Breakfast is pricey for what you get but there are plenty of other local options.

“NICE, CLEAN CLOSE TO EVEWHERE!!!!!!”

CLOSE TO EIFEL TOWER, YOU HAVE A METRO STATION ACROSS THE STREET EASY TO GO ANYWHERE, VERY CLEAN AND FRIENDLY STAFF, I WILL RECOMEND TO EVERYBODY. THANK FOR THIS KIND OF REVIEW I PICK THIS HOTEL ON HUNDRED ON THIS AREA, AND I AGREE 100% WITH OTHER TRAVELERS

“Worked out just fine”

At the Expedia price it was a good value. Small room, but it's Paris. Very good bedding and towels, quiet. Had to position oneself carefully to avoid getting much water on the floor when showering, but it was possible and isn't always. Modern, cheery decor in room. Helpful staff - when the internet failed they took care of it quickly. Nothing fancy, but, on the budget I'm likely to be on, for one person, I'd stay there again.

Area recommendations
Not possible to answer; I have lived in Paris and there are lots of good neighborhoods. I chose based on where I was doing my work.

“Great location and staff”

Me and my girlfriend went for my birthday in November and stayed in room 206 the room was small but that was to be expected it was very nice and cozy after a long day out sightseeing. I was most impressed with the staff who really went out of there way to help us and all spoke perfect English. The location was absolutely amazing just a short walk away from the Eiffel tower and nearby restaurants which were nice and relatively reasonable for Paris overall a great stay highly recommend.

“Not impressed”

Location is great: easy walk to Eiffel tower et al. Rooms are small: we paid for a larger one, would not want to try fitting into a smaller one. Wifi service is poor. Night desk clerk could not speak English beyond hello, good evening ... Room was hot, stuffy: could not adjust. Day desk clerk told me everything was centrally controlled and nothing could be done. Like many palces in Europe, this one has sensors to turn hallway and stair lights on/'off. Problem: lights came on well after I needed them: spiral staircase particularly treacherous at night.

No recommendation: first trip.
Must see
Make reservations for Eiffel Tower in advance, otherwise getting inside is hopeless because of extremely long and slow moving lines.

“Great location with a very friendly staff!!”

Rooms were small but comfortable. Just a few blocks from Eiffel Tower with lots of little cafes. Hotel staff really friendly and helpful.

“Excellent boutique in excellent location”

We enjoyed our stay at the Eiffel Seine during our 5 day visit in Paris. The hotel employees were nice, helpful, and accomodating. We arrived about 3 hours prior to check-in and the hotel employees were happy to watch our bags for us. The location of the hotel couldn't be any better. Only a couple blocks from the Eiffel tower and across the street from the Metro station. The room was very clean - the size was typical of Europe.
