“Castille stay”
Excellent hotel, staff is extremely professional and responsive, perfrect location.
“Excellent Boutique Hotel near place Vendome”
This hotel is ideally located in Paris, near the Louvre and the Opera. It has been renovated and the staff is very competent. Superb breakfast. Quiet street. An excellent address in Paris.
“Quality stay”
An all-round good hotel with a quiet, friendly atmosphere.
“Excellent boutique hotel in upscale location.”
We stayed at this hotel from June 3, 2011 till June 6, 2011. The instant we stepped out of the taxi we were greeted by friendly staff. This boutique hotel right away gave us very cozy and satisfactory feeling. The room was perfect: clean, well laid out, and very well air conditioned. Bed was comfortable and sheets were crisp. You feel that you never left the comfort of your own home. Hotel is located on a nice narrow street surrounded by upscale stores. Location is perfect because it is 5 minutes away from Rue de Rivoli and Metro is right there. Very rarely you can say that hotel and location is perfect but this one surely is. Highly recommend it.
“Concierge with bad attitude”
I was very disappointed because the hotel gave me a very bad condition room and ruined my vocation. the hotel had different rooms, i paid extra to get a better room ,however, they gave me a very old and twin bed ugly room without mirror and nice bathroom. i was very very disappointed because the room i paid was NOT like showed in the picture At all!!!!
“I'll be back”
Location was excellent, near the Louve. Room was large and comfortable, great bathroom. Staff very polite, professional and helpful. Decor of hotel, very upscale. Excellent fitness room, weights, cardio and sauna room. Your definately getting your money's worth. Only drawback, hotel breakfast not included was way overpriced. Any future stay in Paris, we will use Castille Paris.
“210$ charge for peanuts”
They have this small boxes (60 gm) of peanuts and pistachios in the room. The surprise was at the end of our stay when we were charged 12 euros/jar!!! It added up to 210$! Ridiculous!
“location winner”
we stayed 5 nights at the Castille Paris hotel in october 2010. the location was great - better than in the St Germain des-Pres area where we had stayed previously. it is a 10min walk from the central Roissy Bus stop (bus from CDG airport to the Opera and cheapest way to get into Paris -about 9euro pp) and flat so manageable with suitcases. to explore Paris we used the metro often and the concorde metro station is a 5min walk from the hotel.however to visit the louvre, musee d'orsay, left bank,invalides,champs-elysees etc we just walked - all closeby. the reception staff were always helpful and courteous and english was understood. the only downside was being located in arr 1 meant many of the surrounding restaurants were on the getting expensive side. in rue cambon (where the hotel is situated) we found small bars that served a large coffee and 2 croissants each for breakfast for 12 euro( for 2 people) so that was good value. the deluxe king room we had was surprisingly large and the toilet was separate to the bathroom. complimentary shampoo, soaps etc were replenished daily.we were given godiva chocolates each night with the turndown service - another indication it is good hotel! we would stay at this hotel again.
“I would go back if I got a larger room and a room with no carpets as they showed in the web”
The hotel is very well situated on Rue Cambon and next to all the great shopping, and very easy to walk to all the tourist attractios such as the Louvre, Musee D'orsay and Place Concorde.Metro is also very close walking ! If you want to be surrounded by the beautiful Parisian this is the hotel and street to stay!!!
“Would love to go back soon!”
It was very clean and quiet. It was close to everything we planned on doing.
