"Not yet at the level of a 5 star hotel. Many things could be improved: reception, rooms, service. The rooms are in particular quite small and more like a 3 star hotel. The overall layout is a bit weird and not well optimised. It’s a pity, keeping in mind the wonderful location of the hotel. Totally overpriced. For the same price, I could have a wonderful resort in Bali and exceptional service. "

"I reserve this property. When I arrive at the location I was told that there was no reservation made. This hotel (OYO 1812 DG Inn Omah Waris) is a scam. After checking with the actual hotel DG Inn Cafe & Bar they mention that Omah Waris doesn’t exists. However the real hotel were kind enough to spare us a room but we have to pay for it and they gave us complementary 2nd day stay. Kudos! Expedia better take note of this. After calling their customer service multiple time and keep being put on...
