The rooms were clean with everything equipped (they even provided an iron) :) welcoming staff and reception and plenty of cats around the area if you’re a cat person

No microwave, no coffee maker, not enough crockery, though these were all included in the description. No housekeeping visit for the whole week (though one was promised) so sheets and towels were not changed and we had to buy toilet paper. There was a €5 charge per day for aircon which was not in the description. The fridge was very old with spots of rust and noisy. Definitely not 4 star, only a 3 star max. If we had received everything (the basics) that was stated in the description it would have been much more comfortable. Good area for restaurants, walking distance to the sea front, from where its a nice walk to Paphos harbour

a few things were missing, e.g. baking paper or a leaf shape for the yard, unfortunately we couldn't cook properly..! otherwise we liked it there.. next time I ask you to book the price on account more precisely because of the apartments, if we have already booked beforehand, so that there is no discussion, Sara

A nice apartment but needs changes in my opinion
The description of apartment service states it is ilimited but my own experience for my weeks stay can only be described as non existent. I have no problem cleaning up after myself but the lack of even a sweeping brush made this impossible. The apartment was spotless when we arrived but fresh towels and bed linen would have made our stay so much nicer (also toilet paper and rubbish bin emptying). My last negative was the lady that let her children run up and down stairs shouting and screaming before 8am while she was servicing rooms above, it didn't make for a pleasant start to the day.

Beyond expectations
We visited Paphos for one night to fly off the next morning. We enjoyed our stay so much that we will visit again for sure. The apartment was spacious, clean, affordable, and perfectly located for strolls along the seaside promenade of Kato Paphos. Highly recommended.

Nice place for remote work
Very nice place in a quiet neighbourhood. No issues with very late checkout, any problems were resolved very quickly. WiFi is pretty good, we both worked remotely and it was okay. Its about 30-40 minutes walk from the center, no bigger shops nearby so its especially recommended if you rent a car, there's also a bus AFAIK though we haven't tried it.

Some information are misleading like the fact that they mention, “they maybe charges for your pet" but there is always a charge, moreover the ac is charged extra. Also, even though the apartment is in Cyprus they are calling you from Greece to confirm details on your arrival which i found confusing. In addition, the apartment was dirty. The covers of the chairs were dirty; I also found hair in the bath tab and on the floor.

Nice place and fair value for the price. It's close to the sea, in a dead end road so no through traffic, nice little pool, nice little balcony with the sun in the morning for a sunny breakfast outside, and generally quite spacious. It was a bit cold as we didn't have a remote control for the AC/heating, and the blanket was a bit thin, with the second blanket it was ok. Toilet seat was loose, so better sit down carefully.

Byłoby dobrze, jednak ogromnym minusem jest sprężynowe łóżko które swoje uzytkowe czasy ma już za sobą. Przynajmniej w pokoju nr 8. Nie da się spać, po 9 dniach wszystko nas boli. Nie jesteśmy wybredni, jednak to lekkie przegięcie.

Maaliskuussa hinta yöpymiselle oli niin edullinen, että voi sanoa helposti, että hintansa väärti. Mutta luxusta ei kannata odottaa. Kelvollinen olisi sopiva määrittely. Rauhallinen paikka, kävelymatka rannalle. Ystävällinen ja avulias henkilökunta puhelinsoiton päässä. Ei receptionia. Lämmitys/jäähdytys maksaa erikseen!
