Amazing stay - staff couldn’t be more accommodating Hotel was in an excellent location it was clean perfect for our short stay. Breakfast was brilliant we had some issues with our hire car and the staff were extremely kind and helped us straight away!

Brilliant stay.
My stay has been brilliant even though i was a solo traveller. This hotel caters exceptionally well for families. The ladies at the front desk were extremely helpful, notably Olivier. Sorry cant remember the other name. Olga also deserves a massive mention. I think she deserves a pay rise. Every time i walk past i see her beaming with smiles as she serves her customers. Brilliant.

Avoid - Not a 4 Star Hotel ! I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at the Mayfair Hotel in Paphos. While the hotel had its charms, my overall experience was greatly disappointing. Despite its high price, the hotel did not provide top-notch service. The staff were unfriendly and unaccommodating, which made for an unpleasant stay. Review on the room I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the room I stayed in. One of the most significant issues I encountered was with the bed. It was extremely uncomfortable and making it difficult for me to get a good night’s sleep. This made for a restless and unpleasant stay. The cleanliness of the room is also a major concern. The toilet was not clean and there were several stains on the floor. These issues made it clear that the room was not being properly maintained and left me feeling frustrated with the quality of the hotel. The services During my stay at the Mayfair Hotel, I was deeply disappointed with the quality of the staff and services. Getting assistance with basic requests was difficult, and the staff seemed uninterested in improving my stay. It was clear that the hotel was not investing in training and maintaining a high level of customer service, leading to an unsatisfactory experience. Review on the facilities The facilities at the hotel were also a major disappointment during my stay. Many of them seemed to be in disrepair, with some not functioning properly.

Great value and great food
We were in Cyprus for a week for a family wedding. We really enjoyed this hotel. We were all inclusive. I'm vegetarian and my husband is coeliac. Georgios in the restaurant was really great at making sure my husband had gluten free options every day and a special dessert. The buffet is excellent, nugs and chips for kids, a salad bar, soup station, kebab station most days, noodles, rices and potatoes and a vegetarian corner. Plus lots of meaty favourites for meaties. Cheese and biscuits, ice cream and chilled dessert stations. Something for everyone. I think the house wine was a chardonnay which is perfect for me as it's my favourite.

Very clean and impressive front entrance and reception. Clean and quiet rooms and impressed with the standard. We only had the option of a packed lunch meal with wrap, pear & water for dinner as our plane delayed. Breakfast choice disappointing and like a school meals hall atmosphere but all clean and well organised. Food needs improvement in quality and choice.

We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused. 4.03.23 was our first day of opening for the season even after all the checks we made before opening we still had the water problem. We had to order a part which did not come imediately.

I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough! We just got back from a week all inclusive (young couple) and we didn’t expect to love it as much we did. The breakfast was lovely, we were impressed with the dinners on many of the nights. Can’t fault the staff, especially the entertainment team they’re all amazing at their jobs and the entertainment was brilliant! The cleaners came most mornings except the ones we didn’t want them so the rooms were lovely and clean. Pool was great as well, would definitely come back and although we didn’t have children with us it was really good for kids!

Great family hotel
Stayed 5 nights managed to book 6 extra hours as we were flying late evening at an extra charge which was reasonably priced.check in was swift and first impressions in reception was yes it's nice and clean looking. We were allocated a room on 4th floor in the east block away from the main reception over looking the main pool. There was a lift and once entered the room it was obviously brand new and could smell the newness. The bathroom had a large walk in shower which was powerful and very modern.. We had a double double bed pushed together which was very comfortable. The room was large with aircon TV and coffee kettle and fridge it had a large wardrobe and plenty of hangers.there was large patio sliding doors with a balcony over looking the pool.the hotel at the time was very busy so had to make sure you got sunbeds early enough but plenty of sunbeds available.the pool and area was always clean and tidy. the management and staff were always busy and work really hard always polite and caring.the entertainment team are probably the nicest people we have ever met always came round and had a chat with us.we were only bed and breakfast as we like to go out and eat. but the breakfast had so many choices of fresh fruit yogurts etc .. Cooked food bacon sausages beans eggs pancakes. Cheese ham. Coffee soft drinks etc.. Really good choice of food.didnt eat a evening meal there so can't comment. The location in paphos is amazing to go out and explore.. Really enjoyed my stay there

Smoothish check in, was sent to wrong building, air condition centrally off from November in the more modern furbished building. Issues arise when trying to find solution with suboptimal resolution. Clean and tidy room. Loud and noisy shows held at the pool/bar area that went on past 11pm didn’t help with windows open due to lack of air condition.

Good hotel overall. Family orientated but ok for solo if room away from families. Pool good. Breakfast selection very good. I would have stayed longer but hotel closed for season on 8 nov 2021. Close to large shopping mall 20 min walk to harbour Large room. Forget the tv if you want english channels. Local area poor but safe in daytime.

Overall the hotel was great, very modern and clean. The variety of food on offer for breakfast, lunch and dinner was really good. So much choice and good quality. The beef Wellington was incredible and the best I’ve ever had. The service from the staff was really great in the reception and the restaurant. The WiFi wasn’t great, had none at in the bedroom for 5 days due to a router issue. The air con in the room was minimal giving out the tiniest bit of cool air. I visited in Oct so it wasn’t that hot in the room but during peak summer it would be very uncomfortable. No spa or gym on site though as was closed due to COVID however lots of other hotels had theirs spa facilities open so was a shame.

Nice hotel near amenities in Paphos
Loud music playing throughout the property from when I checked in until late. Not my personal taste, but seemed to appeal to many of the guests. The room was clean and comfortable. All the expected amenities. Breakfast was a good buffet with lots of choices and freshly prepared options.

I stayed one night and overall not impressed. I’ve stayed in many different hotels with different star ratings and definitely don’t think this hotel should have a 4* rating. This was comparable to a 2* hotel I stayed in Paphos for the same trip. Staff were helpful but I was informed of the wrong timings for breakfast (I was told 7-11 but breakfast was all packed away by 10 so I was only able to get a coffee). The room was not clean, there was a squashed bug and someone’s earring in the shower. The curtains and sheets were visibly stained. The towels were very worn out. The room was large but the bed was like a camp bed mattress and the doors insides safety lock didn’t work. The walls and doors were all scuffed and not maintained well. The rooms/door/windows are not sound proof so you can hear everyone in the corridor and the loud music and late night entertainment. I’ve taken some photos but in retrospect should have taken more to evidence details. The only positive is the location of the hotel which was good as you can get to the beach and main shops. For the price paid and advertised star rating I’m extremely disappointed.

Was cautious but was very impressed- EXCELLENT
Short break away. Took all inclusive option. Checkin speedy and friendly. Rooms modern, spacious and very clean and comfortable. Drinks were of high standard and generous measures. The wine is particularly good. Food - this is the highest standard of food offering I have had in any all inclusive in Europe. Greek/Cypriot night was amazing. The next night , one of the choices was beef wellington- And it was outstanding. Breakfast lunch and dinner choices were plentiful ,of high quality and lots of variety. I particularly liked that you’re asked at dinner what drink you would like the moment you sit down and it’s at your table when you return with your first plate. Excellent restaurant service. Nice outside terrace if you prefer to sit outside to eat. Pool area does get busy -all day , but the hotel is located about 10 mins walk to lighthouse (sunset) beach . 10 mins to main bars, 10-15 mins walk to main bus station and harbour and there is a bus stop on the main road by the hotel if you prefer. Would I return - DEFINATELY. this hotel offers excellent standard of rooms/food and beverages and excellent value for money.

Lobby and swimming pool area were beautiful. Good breakfast. Room was dingy, out-dated, of sub-standard construction and they charged to use a very small room safe ( not big enough for my tablet), they only changed the (2) towels TWICE A WEEK (and these were the towels you were expected to use for bathing AND the pool) and they had warnings about financial penalties if you got suntan oil or makeup on these 2 towels. Needless to say, I did not use the pool.

Whilst the rooms are spacious and breakfast is good, the hotel needs to provide better service for reception. Despite having paid through Expedia, I had to show them payment had gone through my bank account as proof! They wouldn’t take the paper receipt as proof. There are long waiting times at reception for other services too. It’s location is not great as claimed in the advert. There are few amenities close by and it is good 30-40 minute walk to the sea/ harbour which could be very tiring in hot sun.

Great place to stay
The Hotel is almost centrally located it's about a 10-15 minute walk to the restaurants and bars/shopping. The breakfast was excellent the pool was awesome and well maintained. The rooms are spacious and clean. I will definitely stay there again when am in Paphos.

Short 3 night break for myself. Hired a car which was around 15-20mins drive to hotel from airport with plenty of free parking available. All was good with the hotel. Good price, staff very friendly and efficient. After saying I had no soap in the dispenser inside the bath (i forgot my shower gel), a phone call to the cleaners had this resolved in a matter of minutes which was great. There was a decent amount of options for breakfast as well and entertainment in the evenings every night. A 5min walk away and you're at a big mall (Kings Avenue Mall) with a vast amount of big name chain outlets and restaurants and also a good number of local supermarket/souvenir/bakery type shops in the other direction. The harbour/sea front is around a 15min walk away. The swimming pool is also of a decent size with one side of it mainly in the sun all day and the other will see some shade once the buildings block out the sun.
