During an event there is one other place on site to get dinner. There are no gluten-free, dairy-free or sugar-free options. We didn’t like the menu options. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool water too cold so we couldn't enjoy it; we sat in the pool area to enjoy the sunshine instead. Beautiful facility and great area. I hope the hotel continues to thrive. Rooms are beautiful.

The property was just perfect and situated just minutes from the beach which made it less congested yet comfortable. I have decided to make this location a yearly destination

This is a beautiful new property. The grounds are great. The facility is great. It is walkable to a rejuvenated downtown, Main Street Panama City with bars, restaurants, coffee shops and shopping only a block away. The area is very safe! We I’ll stay here again!

Beautiful hotel with views of the bay
Hotel was new and shiny clean. I would have enjoyed some in-room or online information about the restaurants, room service and snack bar. There is no room service. The self-serve snack bar has limited selections. Great grits at breakfast. We needed a porter to help with luggage but there aren’t any. We made do with luggage carts.

We had a nice stay arriving on Thanksgiving day. Personnel was very friendly and pleasant. Others than a few lights not working in the room, everything went well.

Excellent one night stay.
The best stay of our MN to FL trip. Friendly staff from the front desk to Mike on the rooftop bar. Had a great meal on the railing watching a spectacular sunset and the KC chiefs game in the background. Will stay there again if the opportunity arises especially given how dog friendly the hotel is from treats, toys and water bowls.
