The Neighborhood is great. The hotel is a bit rundown, but with few smoking friendly hotels left i was happy with it (though next time i gotta bring an ash tray) Would definitely stay there again.

The place was pretty good the only issue we had is the room we were in the door was water logged for the bathroom and the tv does not have all channels Disney had no sound. Direct TV is the service..

For starters the lady at front desk was very nice and helpful.Rooms and property were in pretty good condition.They could use some minor repair but overall decent property to stay at for the price.

The staff was very friendly and the cleanliness was good as I expected it to be. Easy to check in and out. I would recommend staying here if you do not need a room right on the beach. The room was great for our trip!

They have cleaned the property up a whole lot and now that there is a brand new motel in the back beside it there is no trash or scraps laying no where. Rooms newly painted didnt see no bugs and had new bed frames and matteress. Sheets even looked and felt new.

THE TRASHIEST HOTEL
IT WAS THE MOST HORRIBLE HOTEL I EVER STAY. SO DIRTY, HAIR, BREADCRUMBS, SPOTS ON THE BED, DIRTY SHEETS. IF YOU WANT TO SPEND THE NIGHT WITH ROACHES, THEY WILL FOR SURE BE WITH YOU IN BED.

Worst place ever! Dirty and did not feel safe. Cops were there everyday. I feel it was totally misrepresented in the advertisement.

Got a non smoking room but blankets and curtains had burn holes. Shower hot handle didn’t work properly. Toilet clogged really easy and no plunger in unit.

I was told over the phone 3 hours before coming that our room would be ready. Upon arrival that was not the case. We had to wait for 2 hours befor the room was allegedly ready, but when we got there the housekeeper was still cleaning the room. The floor was wet for hours, it was reaking of marijuna outside, extremely noisy, and filthy around the property. It was advertised that we would have a sofa bed in the room...we did but it was dirty, riddled with rat droppings and there were no sheets , covers or pillows for the bed!! Horrible experience, we left 3 hours before checkout time. Never again.
