Really nice place with a more private beach area compared to the usual crowded beaches. Awesome pool and stuff close by to do. Breakfast place right across the street and the bar has good food and drinks

I’ve stayed here a three times over the last 10 years. I like the property but it is starting to show its age and ware. Broken plugs etc. I loved the shampoos, lotions and body washes in the bathroom. For the price I was satisfied.

When I think of the word resort: beachside resort does not fit the category. So, the photos of the rooms on their Facebook page, here on expedia, or any other outlet do not match what you get. Room smelled terrible, cabinets falling apart, shower has so many issues. Staff went into my room when i had the do not disturb sign up. I left a lengthy google review. The only good thing I can say it has a great view. The rest well, bring towels, and candles, and maybe your own cleaning supplies. I wish I had done some more research on this "resort" before booking i definitely wouldn't have.

The resort as a whole was very nice. We loved the pool/spa/bar area, loved having a bar at the hotel and also loved the ocean front view. However, it seems the building with rooms facing the pool was the newer, updated building. We were in the connected building next to it, that seemed out of date and truly not very clean. I won’t say it was “dirty” per se, but very outdated and dingy. The bed sheets were clean, but had some small stains on them which was off putting. The balcony looked as if it needed cleaned or pressure washed, and the chairs and table on the balcony just looked old and dirty. This hotel did the job for us as we didn’t spend a ton of time in the room, but more time enjoying the other amenities of the resort and the beach. I imagine the newer looking side closer to the pool is nicer and cleaner than the side we stayed on. I wouldn’t say “don’t stay here”, but if you want that fresh, clean, modern, comfy hotel feel, maybe explore other options or at least request the newer building on the pool side.

Don't know if it was Expedia or hotel but there was a bait and switch. The picture that we looked at and description of room did not match when we got to hotel. We were on Expedia site and room was supposed to be beach view with king size bed. It's was not either. We also compared it to one on booking. We will take pictures next time of web site information. PSA make sure you inspect your room for damage and or missing items when you check in. The last place we stayed in PCB in February had damaged doors and bad electrical. But we had pictures when they tried to charge us.

The room on first floor behind office is like a jail cell granted I went through Expedia and had to upgrade to a better room ..however why would you do that to someone trying to save on money.

The facility is clean and has a spectacular beach. Pool and hot tub area including plantings are nice. Facility and rooms need a bit of a facelift but overall great. Staff polite, friendly snd efficient.

Staff wasn't informative on anything on the premises, I was racially discriminated by the Manager. I was told multiple times that, I couldn't park my vehicle in the parking lot,when booked room for 3x Nights. ( Across Street) Also was telling clerk I had valuable items in my vehicle over 100,000 . They told me we're not responsible for anything that happens to your vehicle if it's on our premises,( across Street) which they own. They told they don't have any surveillance on they're parking lot or the one across the street. So how aren't you liable if anything happens to my belongings. Crazy people I tell you. They had 2x maintenance men on the property when we pulled up, an they where treating us like they where security,but really wasn't. The say nowhere on the premises has cameras,so how do you monitor your property. Probably because they didn't care for are skin color, I'm guessing. Everyone treated us like immigrants. Please don't go here., The people who work there need to get evaluated for everything.

Best resort value on the Panhandle to me. Quiet area. Good facilities. Specious rooms. Hot tub is on point. Immaculate views of the beach and especially of the sunsets. Loved every minute of it.

My kids & i had a wonderful time. I booked last minute & got an amazing deal I couldn't pass up! The Facility was much cleaner than I expected.The employees were so very kind helpful and nice. The rooms could have used a bit more updating. Our refrigerator did not keep food cold and there was definitely a leak under the sink. The our bathroom was also strangely placed right near the entrance of the hotel door. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

The room had a very musty smell to it. It looked clean and presentable just the smell was very strong. We bought some air freshener and that helped some. Absolutely LOVED the balcony and the beach view!! I would stay here again hoping to get a room with no odor.

Property is dated. Room was small and had a slight odor. Bathroom has no counter, and hot water tap at sink was stuck and almost impossible to turn on. Whole property is very tired.

Everything was great, couple of suggestions, Kleenex in the room would have been nice. Also our bathroom fan was extremely loud, room 331, and coffeemaker leaked water. Air conditioning beachside bedroom not cooling well even at 62 degrees.

The room smelt so bad we gagged when we first walked in the door. Literally smelled like someone died in there. We had to sleep with the balcony door open and it still was unbearable. All the front desk offered was spray to cover it up. If you can handle terrible smells it’s not a bad place but I will never be able to stay again.

This was our first visit but definitely won't be our last. This was my first trip with just me and my son to PCB, as a single Mom my main concern was safety but this hotel has an atmosphere that just makes you feel safe and secure. It is tucked away on the quiet end of Front Beach Road and although it took a while to get to the busier sections of PCB the peace and serenity that this hotel offered was well worth the drive. I asked for a room on the top floor as my son loves the view and was given just what I asked for. The room was clean and welcoming, the view of the gulf was breathtaking and the pool area was very nice. I thoroughly enjoyed the sun deck and the hot tub. The staff was nice both to me and my son! I truly have no complaints whatsoever, I am so glad we found this little slice of heaven and we will definitely be back!!!
