This property was very accommodating for our pet situation (2 pets plus a service animal) and very late arrival. However, when booking through Expedia, there's no way to tell the hotel that you're bringing pets. So, while we originally booked a room with sleeping arrangements for 5, those aren't considered "pet rooms", so we had to be moved to a room with sleeping arrangements only for 4 people, and there were 5 in our group. We were told there was nothing they could do or think of, since they do not have roll away beds. So, we crammed three people into one queen bed by having one sleep sideways at the foot. Better than sleeping on the tile floor I suppose. They need to buy a few roll away beds for situations such as these.

Property is older and shows its age. I wouldn’t say it’s spotlessly clean but, it isn’t filthy either. Just so so. Items that needed maintenance in our room: electrical outlet for HVAC unit didn’t have a cover plate, bath tub faucet leaks, toilet seat needs tightened, HVAC unit had a sign on it that said to use thermostat on wall but there isn’t one, lamp by TV didn’t work. Towels were worn and stained . This wouldnt be my first choice to stay if I’m ever back in Pampa Texas.

Amazing stay // service!!
Our stay was a short 1 night stay but nothing less than amazing!!!! Matthew was super speedy with our check in process and helped all our needs. The pool was perfect temperature and just what we were looking for. We had our camper so it was a plus the parking lot was nice and spacious. Very close to stores and great food!

Great Stay
Hotel was great! We even had a balcony!!! Matthew at the front desk was super helpful and very nice as were the other employees. Will definitely stay there again when visiting Pampa.

Overall, it was great, however, I didn't sleep much. The heater would literally scream when it cycled off. I woke me up repeatedly. I would still recomment the hotel, but avoid room 226!

Check in was tough, communicating with staff was difficult. The room was overpriced to start. Upon check in I was informed of a $25.00 per fee. Now it’s really over priced. Got into the room that was hot. The patio had no chairs or table to enjoy. There was garbage piled up in the corner of the patio and around the corner of the building. There was broken glass on the patio cigarette butts all over the ground. Couldn’t open the window because there was no screen on the window & the flies were terrible. The yard outside where our patio is needs water and proper yard maintenance. There is exposed wires where the outdoor lights in the ground are located. There is cut grass and leaves all around the property & sidewalks. Our room had no shampoo a very noisy old AC unit that just constantly runs. The microwave beeped & beeped so was unplugged. The lower outlets did not work throughout the room. Vending & beverage machines were nearly empty. Not worth what we paid I wouldn’t stay again!

I did not stay at this property. I was subpoenaed for court and court was canceled but the offender took a plea deal. I gave 7 days notice and Sam Patel refused to give me a refund because I was rude to him. Apparently he believes he can treat people however he wants and they are supposed to put up with it. He refused to give me his supervisors name or corporate contacts. I will never book with this property or with Expedia ever again.

We booked over two months ago. Was never told it was under construction and that the pool was closed. The outside of building looked horrible.. we sat in car contemplating loosing the money that we paid already as it wasn’t refundable. Breakfast was not desirable. Then they automatically take $100 out of your account for incidentals.. room needed to be cleaned a little better than it was. Air conditioner unit had debri in it that looked like dirt and tree remnants and doesn’t look like it was ever cleaned. Don’t book by judging by pictures on site.. the outside looks terrible in person and rooms are not what they look like on site.

I had made A RESERVATION THROUGH EXPEDIA. NEEDED TO CHANGE THE NUMBER OF GUESTS. CONTACTE3D EXPEDIA THEY MADE THE CHANGE. THE AMERICINN PLACED A 100 DOLLAR HOLD ON MY CARD AND TOLD ME THAT IT WOULD BE RETURNED TO ME THE NEXT DAY. THE MAN AT THE INN WAS VERY RUDE AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY 100 DOLLARS BACK. WILL NOT BE STAYING THERE AGAIN. AND I WOULD LIKE MY 100 DOLLARS BACK BECAUSE THE ROOM WAS IMMACULATE WHEN WE LEFT. AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO STAY THERE AND I HAVE SOMEWHAT OF A HUGE FOLLOWING WITH MY SOCIAL MEDIA PRESENCE SO THERES THAT. 1. They misunderstood how many nights we were staying and I had to pay full-price for a third night. 2. The shower had no hot water. 3.Breakfast was tasteless. No knives to cut up the waffles or sausage. Coffee was very weak. 4.No comfortable chairs in the room. Only table chairs. 5.A/C was noisy. 6.Hairdryer had been torn off the wall and took up countertop space. 7. Will not ever stay here again.

They have a lot to work on!!!
Upon arrival I was asked for a $100 cash deposit that was not told to me ahead of time. Got to room and lights wouldn’t turn on with switch, Finally got lamps to come on Vanity light in bathroom definitely has a short in it. Came on for a tolls of about 15 minutes our whole stay. Reported it to desk 4 times or more. They came to room first night and jiggled switch for several Minutes and it came on and was off again before they even got back to desk. Came back again next am and changed bulbs and it worked for about 5 minutes and then out again. Was very hard to put contacts in my eyes in dark and put makeup on. There was dried blood on sheets and top comforter. No thermostat on wall and when we turned on unit by window it made horrible noises and smelled like it was burning. So we had to sweat all night. There were no towels at pool until we asked for them. No Jets in hot tub. We only had two towels in room for 4 people. Went to breakfast at 8:30 and no food left and nobody brought anymore out. Got to hear hammering in rooms on both sides of ours all day Saturday while the 6 month old baby was trying to take a nap. I know remodeling is taking place but why put people in a room in between it. We have stayed in AmericInn before and never was our experience so bad. We will not stay in one again. And not once did anyone offer to do something about our bad experience.

Smiling, friendly staff worked hard to make it nice. All new towels and bedding. Cute western style decor. Fresh tortillas to make burritos for breakfast Stores close by. Love this place.

The hotel needs updating in some aspects. They do have a good breakfast and comfortable beds, pillows leave a little to be desired and it’s hit or miss if you’re going to get a soft or scratchy towel. They didn’t vacuum the room before we arrived because there were goat head stickers all on the carpet, and some were found by stabbing into our feet. The walls were in desperate need of paint and the tape where they textured the walls was coming off. The a/c never got the room cooled much. The jacuzzi tub was nice. And on that note we had a major issue with the hotel/staff! We booked the king jacuzzi room for two nights. We decided to stay a third night and booked and paid for the same room. When I went down the next morning to re-check in the guy behind the counter said I reserved queen beds not the jacuzzi king. I checked my Expedia account and I reserved the correct room and even showed him. Expedia called him and confirmed the reservation was correct, he said his system showed queen beds and said he would upgrade it if I paid the difference. The amount for the correct room was already paid for and this guy was trying to get more money for something I’d already paid for. After an hour and a half on the phone with Expedia and him refusing to cooperate we ended up having to not only switch to another hotel but a completely different city an hour away to even get similar accommodations! I will never go back!!
