The Palau Green Village residential complex has been designed to reflect the tradition and architecture of the island. All apartments are made with the typical Sardinian stone and inserted in well-kept gardens, created with the plants of the Mediterranean and the granite rocks of Gallura sculpted by the wind. Walkways in the green connect the apartments and the pool. The residence is located in a privileged position, 500 meters from the center of Palau and the services it offers, a 20-minute ferry ride from the island of La Maddalena with the spectacular marine park and a 30-minute drive from the Costa Smeralda. The beach, just 150 meters away, overlooks the beautiful islands of Santo Stefano.
The structure provides for mandatory costs to be paid locally; including a security deposit (see section house rules and notes).
