Whether you’re here on business or for pleasure, this lovely two bedroom apartment on the south side of Paisley boasts the best in contemporary styling and comfort. And outside, in what is considered to be Scotland’s largest town, you’ve a rich and fascinating history to explore, as well as excellent shopping, entertainment and transport links. Spoilt for choice really!

This first floor apartment is beautifully furnished, mainly in the monochrome tones suggested by the smart exterior, but with gorgeous pops of colour throughout from the tasteful accessories and modern artworks. Both bedrooms have king-sized doubles which can be converted to twin beds, affording maximum flexibility. Added to that, there’s a fold-away single bed in the lounge, meaning 5 people can be comfortably accommodated.

The living room has a pleasant outlook and comfortable seating along with a Smart TV. Double doors lead into the large, modern kitchen which is fully equipped with a dining area, plus dishwasher and coffee machine. The bathroom has a boutique hotel feel with its free standing bath, walk-in shower and large vanity basin.

With its own front door, you have easy access to the free on-street parking and it’s only a short drive to the town centre,

Great flat in a quiet neighbourhood
My sister's and I stayed at this unit for three weeks, the flat is spacious and well laid out. The kitchen was well set up with everything one would need. The unit has two near by bus routes that were extremely easy to use. The only real area of concern was the trash bins, they were overflowing and mixed up. I think it would help immensely if the Management company could do up a list of basic instruction for the unit. Explain the colour coding of the bins and instructions on where to look for the various collection days, and how to turn on the heat if needed. It would also be nice, especially for long stays, if there was an extra set of sheets for each bed. Overall, this is an excellent flat and the neighbours are all nice.
