"We were celebrating my birthday and they decorated the room and gave 2 complimentary bottles of champs. Our flight was delayed and we would’ve missed our connecting flight so we stayed 2 extra nights and they upgraded our room. The resort restaurants were excellent in food and service. "

"The checkin with Beyoncé was very nice, she gave us the bottle of wine. Entering the room, it was getting maintenance done so that wasn’t great and then one day a maid came and asked for something she forgot in the closet or wanted to give to another guest out of our closet so that was kind of odd. It was a lovely stay overall, nice staff for the most part (find that the men staff were nicer than the women, besides Beyoncé, she was kind) the property was clean and cute. Transport is a lot, not so convenient on pricing and the food was so so good. "
