Conveniently located hotel, the rooms are spacious and cozy. Our room smelled weird when we arrived (like tobacco). Staff was very friendly.

The Hotel Clarin is in a great location, close to the heart of Oviedo. There are good bars and cafeterias close-by and a wonderful food court just a few steps away. The area is both quiet and clean, and we experienced zero problems within this safe city. The check-in was very quick, the room much larger than expected, and everything was really clean and well maintained. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending the Clarin as a fantastic base for experiencing Oviedo.

El servicio del hotel es excelente, todas las personas que interactué fueron súper amables y atentas. Siempre sonrientes, me encantó. El inmueble es un poco viejo, pero bastante limpio. El cuarto tiene todo lo que necesité para el viaje, me gustó que el baño era amplio. Si algún día llegas después de las 11pm tienes que tocar un timbre para que te abran, yo pensé que sería un poco traumático o tardado el proceso, pero en verdad siempre estaban atentos y me atendían súper rápido. Me volvería a quedar aquí sin problema si algún día regreso a Oviedo, está súper céntrico, inigualable la ubicación y la relación precio calidad es buena.

The hotel is located super centrally within Oviedo with lots of bars, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was clean and well stocked. Highly recommend staying here!

Very nice hotel right in the centre of Oviedo on a pedestrian street. Room was fine and staff all very helpful. It was difficult to find the hotel using the satnav but instructions from the hotel helped. Parking available in the nearby car park which was a big bonus.

The room was spacious, and the bed was fantastic. Some fraying around the edges when it comes to detail, most notably a missing strip of wood from the wardrobe that left a row of nails exposed. It was okay for me, but not at all child-friendly.

Comfortable and well located stay
We stayed for two days while traveling through the north of Spain. The hotel was a good base to get to know Oviedo as well as replenish before continuing! Service was very friendly, room was modern, bed very comfortable and it was silent

Pleasantly surprised- coming back for more!
I have been to Oviedo on other occasions, but never on a proper holiday. I absolutely enjoyed my visit and I'm planning an extended stay for a long weekend. The hotel was very centrally located for everything I wanted to do and for travel logistics.

This is a really nice hotel in the center of the city. It’s easy to walk to anywhere you want to go. The staff was also incredibly friendly and very helpful. The room was really large and had everything we needed. The air conditioner didn’t work very well (it actually felt like there was heat coming into the room from somewhere) and the bathroom doesn’t have ventilation, but otherwise all was great! I’d recommend this hotel to anyone going to Oviedo for a visit.

The hotel although with an art deco theme, is quite dated with stains on the wallpaper and carpeting. The air-conditioner didn't give any cold air beyond 1 foot of where it was placed and the room was extremely hot during the day. Fortunately at night, the temperatures were much cooler outside so I had the window open and could sleep. On the other hand, the location is great - near the bus and railway station...an easy walk, and also an easy walk to sights, shopping, restaurants, and the famous Calle Gascona with all the "Siderias". Their cafe next door is convenient and the staff there were really nice.

Very cute and modern hotel
This hotel was very cute comfortable. It is a bit noisy but only because it is located in a spot that is above a main area of restaurants and stores. The staff was accommodating and very pleasant and the room was comfortable especially the bed. Overall very nice hotel with good value!

The hotel was pretty nice. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. It's located in the street but I had a room facing the opposite side so it was pretty quiet.

Nice hotel and close to comercial zone.
This hotel is very clean and it has many coffee shops nearby. You can walk on the Street because no cars pass by. The parking was expensive but I guess it´s that way in all Europe. I would recommend it to anybody else. Rooms are confortable and warm as we were in Winter time.

We arrived at the time of the Princess of Asturias Awards, and also saw a folk dance at the same Theatre that weekend. Concierge directed us to places to visit instead of using autovia to go out for day trips. It was fantastic!

Great location, nice place, nice people.
I over nighted here recently while in Oviedo. The hotel is in a perfect location for touring the citiy's new and old areas, has good free WIFI ( hard to find free WIFI in Spain so this was a plus), rooms are small but arranged very well and clean and comfortable, and the Hotel staff was SUPER nice and helpful. They recommended we take a hike up to the pre-roman 9th century monuments and the Christ Statue on the summit outside the city. This made the trip even more enjoyable as you can get a different perspective of the city outside in the country side looking down. On the way up the mountain is an amazing restaurant called Buenos Aires Parilla. You can eat excellent Asturian food with Sidra ( Cider ) with views below of the city. We loved our stay in the city and this hotel.
