Place is very affordable, free daily toiletries such as towels and toothbrushes. Western style toilets and warm shower room. If you do not mind the noise of area, there are free earplugs at the reception. I reccomend the izakayas in the area along the strip.

Fantastic location, great for a short stay or those in Osaka to explore. I’ll definitely be staying there again. The staff were lovely. The only thing I wasn’t to fond of was the smell of cigarettes around the elevator and hallway - it’s not the end of the world but I’m a non smoker and dislike the smell tremendously.

Busted A/C
Cheap hotel in an older building with terrible lighting in rooms and, most importantly, busted A/C units. Even at an extremely low setting, the A/C in the room is overpoweringly strong, to the point where items become cold to the touch. Having to battle with the A/C by continuously turning it on and off was extremely uncomfortable. The provided two pillows were also worthless, being bead-filled sacks that cannot maintain any shape and thus gave little cushioning for your head. Additionally, while not an issue for me and contrary to what the Hotels.com page claims, the front desk cannot communicate in English. I will not stay here in the future.

Small but very nice and central
It was a bit smaller than we were expecting. The service was good and they helped us figure out how things work on our first night in Japan. Very friendly and a good introduction. It’s very close to Tsutenkaku area, lots of food options. Also very close to the metro and JR lines stations.
Lobby walking in. Free coffee and tea available.
Less than 10 minute walk to Tsutenkaku sky tower area.
There’s food and games
Photo into the room. That’s the full room. Good for out all day and just sleep at night.

The room is tiny for 2person with big luggage. Have to wait to get shower when it's peak time because whole hotel only have 4 bathroom. Other than that, it's all good.

I liked the lobby area and cleanliness of the amenities. Also, the free tea and coffee machine is a huge plus. The 1 slow elevator is the only minus.

Skip this hotel
Service was good and this hotel is super close to the train station, but thats about the only thing good about this hotel. Smelled awful, the rooms were dirty, toilets dirty, everything looked run down and there was no common sitting area, and two gross showers for the whole hotel. I booked another hotel within a couple hours of my stay and got out out of there.

Over rated. 100 tiny rooms 60 sq. feet in area each with 2 futons or mattress on floor almost take up entire floor area. 1 small lift, 1 common bath with onsen for men ( women shy to use) and 1 bathroom on ground floor. Only one Unisex toilet on each floor.

全体に清潔とはいえず、1泊泊まるのが精一杯だった。安く泊まりたいならいいと思うが、直前に予約したこともあり通常のホテルもあまり変わらない価格、これなら高い料金を払って通常のホテルに泊まればよかった。備品はほとんど有料で、300円のバスタオルはペラペラで、使うと繊維が舞う。 ただ、西成の街を楽しみたいならよいと思う。ホテルのグルメマップを参考に、飲み屋に行くことができた。接客もとてもよかった。

以前は7時チェックインだったが、今は正午に改悪されていた。でもチェックアウトが10時なので事実上無理があるので致し方なしと理解できる。以前は上層階なのでわからなかったが道路や駅の騒音が酷い！ でも駅近で便利な宿なので安ければ次回も利用したい！

新世界がすぐ近くで、食事も観光も楽しめ、駅からも近くて便利でした。 部屋はベッドとローテーブルとテレビのみでしたが、個室でゆっくりできました。 お風呂もあり、一階のスペースではお茶が飲めたり、電源もあるのでPCを持ち込んで仕事もゆっくりできました。 スタッフさんがとても親切でした。

駅近で関空へのアクセスも良くとても便利。天王寺も徒歩圏内で通天閣、ジャンジャン横丁で観光しながらグルメも楽しめた。 部屋は狭いが冷蔵庫、テレビもあり１Fにはお茶やコーヒーのサーバーもあり観光や買い物メインで寝るだけとしても十分すぎると思う。また利用したい。

必要最低限でお安く泊まれてありがたかったです。エレベーターが1台なので混雑します。昔ながらのサッシ窓なので結露するのか、カーテンにカビが。ベッドサイドのホコリなど細かいことを気にする方には向かないかもです。 枕が若干ドブ臭く感じました。 フリードリンクもシャンプー、フェイスタオル、歯ブラシもついてるので助かりました。
