The location of the hotel was spot on. Close to popular areas, less than a 10 min walk to the station. Check-in was very easy and the staff were super kind. They helped us with sending our luggage as well. We didn’t check out the hotel facilities such as the bath up on the top, but next time we plan too!

Great location. All attractions are walkable and close to the station. As a family of 4 the room had 3 single beds and the 4th bed wasn't made up (sofa bed) which was annoying to arrive at 9pm and have to make up a bed after carrying luggage around on trains etc. No washing machine in the room but 5 communal ones on the top floor. These had to paid for with coins. Always managed to get one until the last day when one was out of service and one family were using 3 and the last one was being used by someone else.

The staff cannot locate our reservation during check in and took a long time before they were able to fix it. Check in was such a bad experience. We also had a package sent to the hotel and they were unable to find it until a few days later.

Its location is wonderful !! the hotel is new and very beautiful. room was not big but very good size for japan standards and beautiful furnished. they give you pijamas to use for your stay which i loved, also water and everything was great about my stay. i loved it

Beautiful new hotel in perfect location
This hotel was a delightful choice for our recent six-night stay in Osaka. Hotel is new - so everything was very clean and in perfect condition. Service was very helpful and readily available at any time. Location couldn't be more convenient - right next to "all the action." The Sky Spa was an absolute delight at the end of every day - we really looked forward to it. Finally, the unique structure of the hotel - surrounding an older temple - was lovely and educational. Our whole family loved it.

Osaka recomentation
Family trip to Osaka dotobouri location. Convenient location to all restaurants shopping and trains stations. Noise from the traffic but nice amenities.

It was a very pleasant stay for us. We stayed the last two days of our trip there, kids were already tired of walking and they only want to stay in hotel. Luckily the hotel is just at the corner of Shinsaibashi shopping street so my husband and I could still take turns to go shopping.

My second time of staying in a Candeo hotel. The signature top floor spa is always fascinating. The room is so nice and big, and the staff are friendly and helpful as always! My number one choice of hotel in Japan

In a very good location! Only a 5 minute walk to the hustle and bustle of Dotonbori. A lot of shopping and amazing food places near here as well! It was a very unique experience living on top of a temple and really enjoyed using the hot spring. The room was very clean and it was a decent size. Staff was super friendly and helpful!

This is a new property that commenced in November 2023. We had an amazing stay - rooms were incredibly well appointed. Use of the limited room space was excellent! We loved the use of wood that accentuated the decor. Lots of power points and great water pressure in the shower. There is a stunning bath on the top floor, well worth the visit! Perhaps the most impressive aspect of our stay is the service crew. Kaede Sakamoto looked after us in the most professional and personable manner that exemplifies superior Japanese hospitality. For a new property, this hotel far exceeded our expectations!

方便度高，職員友善。 但於15樓之sky spa,看到職員著波鞋入內清理沖涼位置，感覺怪怪的，不是要除鞋的嗎？ 而且看到晚上有小朋友著一整套泳衣泳鏡到15樓，有泳池的嗎？

부모님과 아이들과 3박4일 오사카 여행하는 동안 너무 만족했습니다. 체크인시 한국인 직원분 응대해주셔서 수월하였고 도톤보리 번화가인데 도보나 메트로 이용하기에도 위치적으로 좋습니다. 조식은 일정때문이 한번 이용 했었지만 맛있었습니다. 지친 피로 풀기에 루프탑 대욕장은 매일 이용할만큼 편하고 좋았어요. 다음 일본 방문에도 이용하고 싶을 정도입니다.

Convenient hotel with good facilities
Location is very convenient, and close to major tourist area. It is close to both Osaka and Namba station as it is kind of in the middle of these 2 major stations. The hotel is cozy and have a public outdoor bath.
