"Seamless checking in and out. Clean rooms and beddings. Mall is linked to the hotel, which is its main attraction. For improvement, the Lobby can add more feature because at the moment it is bare. It just doesn't do justice to what's inside. Although quilt cover is clean, I can tell that the inside layer is old and grey, and balling in some areas (shine it through the light). This is case in some hotels, big names too. Staff needs to be trained to tell if pillows or quilts need to be replaced. I definitely will stay again."

Ivy at Reception gave me an upgraded room and floor — resulting in a panoramic 29th floor view. Dannah was my housekeeper and was very attentive, conscientious, and accommodating. Darius the doorman was unfailingly welcoming. I have received the best hospitality here! TEN stars! I’ll be returning again in a couple weeks and can’t wait."
