The staff were fantastic. The area was on a busy street, but it wasn't loud at all. I was warned not to park in the back due to problems with homeless.

only complaint was that our room was close to breakfast area. early risers were too loud. staff should've told the diners to be quiet between 6am-8am. otherwise our stay would've been excellent.

We love the indoor pool for the kids! They were so excited. They also love making their own pancake in the morning! Unfortunately, we had an ant problem on the 3rd floor! Go figure! The management gave us a discount though. Very understanding and accommodating!

We were happy with the size of the 2 queen sized suite. The lighting feature on the bathroom mirror was excellent. We only wish there had been another mirror in the suite, especially a full length mirror rather than just the one half-size mirror in the bathroom.

Let me start with what was right. The front desk staff and Sarah, the Front desk manager were awesome. Sarah did an excellent job with service recovery. Unfortunately, 3 things happened that caused me to rate our stay low. 1. We picked this hotel for the pool and hot tub. The first night we went to use the hot tub and found the water mirky with scum along the surface line. I reported it to the front desk staff person. As we were getting in our car then next morning, Bruce the GM came to our car and ask us if we were the people that complained about the hot tub. We said yes. He then said, he didn't appreciate us threatening to call the Health Department and that every staff member checks the hot tub. I responded that we did not threaten anyone. I said to the desk clerk that the hot tub condition was deplorable and could warrant a call to the HD. He responded that we should find another hotel to stay at. Having clean water and tub tile is not the same as chemical balancing. #2 - Our rooms (we had 2) were not cleaned the first day and no fresh towels or trash removal done. I asked the front desk about this and was told that likely other rooms were also not cleaned. No offer to fix. #3 - our sink drained so slowly that we constantly had dirty water in the sink. When Sarah came on the 2nd day, she was quick to resolve the house keeping issue. She was extremely helpful and followed up with us several times to make sure things were ok and got the hot tub clean.

Always a good stay
Everytime we have stayed here, the service has been great. The hotels loby and breakfast area are neat and clean. The hotel rooms are always clean and neat.The pool is one of the reasons we stay here. The kids love being able to swim in the winter and the pool area is nice and large.

This place is really nice and clean, the staff was attentive, good customer service and very helpful. The breakfast area was nice, good variety of food and drinks. The room and restroom was nice and clean. The first thing when we first got inside the room everything was working very good except the telephone when I needed to ask a question, there was no tone at all, so I had to use my personal phone to do that which I also told the front desk receptionist about it. But everything else was great, enjoyed the stay and good customer service, very helpful.

I was afraid to stay the night, cancelled our two nights on Christmas day and drove all the way home. I would never stay there. There is homeless people in broke down cars, homeless walking around like zombies. Homeless have taken over this part of town. Hotel looked nice in clean from lobby. Inside there was bars on the food that you could buy. I was scared and had to leave. I am an older women, and didnt feel safe to stay.

The rooms around ours were partying all night, playing loud music, with marijuana smoke pouring out of their rooms. We complained multiple times until nearly 2 a.m.. Nothing was ever done, we had to place towels along the bottom of our door to try and keep out the marijuana stench.

Upon initial check in we found dirty, underwear stuffed in the pillows. Got moved to another room in which the thermostat did not work. The staff tried their best but it’s hard to unsee dirty, used underwear upon arrival

Spent 2 nights here. Room was clean. Customers service is Amazing. checking in was a breeze. While checking in Poor front desk host got a crazy guest, moving and breaking his plastic barrier, jamming his card in the machine, making rude unnecessary side comments, making him repeat his clear instructions on how to get to his room. And throught it all he kept his professional mannerisms. Just know you all have a great employee. I would have Lost my marbles and I would have gone off. Second night, the lady was just as amazing! Very friendly. Down side DO NOT PARK IN THE BACK, sketchy people walking at all hours. Woke up the next morning to a flat tire but no nails, no hole?. Sadly We returned to the hotel later than expected that night and all front parking were filled. Next night parked in the front and no issues.
