If you don’t mind spending your vacation with roaches this is the place! Roaches everywhere, laying in bed having them crawl across your body and face was super fun!! Parking is horrible!! Lock to the room would not work and the solution was a new key card 4th in 3 nights and would still have to swipe multiple times to get to work, it would take 10 min just to get in the room. Hand towels are not bath towels!!! Don’t ask for extra towels at the front desk, they will tell you to go find a housekeeper and ask them. The pool area was nice, jets don’t work in the hot tub, beach access was nice. 10/10 will not stay here again..

We only spent 1 Night but the staff was excellent. We showed up way earlier than check in time but they still accommodated us and the room was very clean and cool! Right on the beach, always a bonus and there are several restaurants close by for eating options. We would definitely stay here again!

Pros: Right on the beach, really nice patio area outside the king suite we stayed in overlooking the pool and ocean. Easy beach access and outdoor shower. Staff is very kind and helpful. Parking is free and convenient near hotel with additional overflow lot across the street. Mini fridge and microwave in room were nice. Cons: Amenities are extremely dated and in some areas literally falling apart. For example dresser in room chipped and warped. Mini fridge had a large jagged edge near door from broken plastic that scraped our hands. Mini fridge door fell completely off of the hinges first time we opened it because hinges were so rusted. Jacuzzi jets did not work and looked not to have worked for a very long time given the knob near the spa rules sign was all rusted and able to be easily taken off. Jacuzzi has a plastic trim piece inside that is half missing so there are just rusty screws drilled into concrete. Looks horrible. Both pool and jacuzzi look like they need pressure washing. Jacuzzi state especially looks very bad. Room was not very clean when we checked in. Soap scum and hair from previous guests throughout. Rust/debris from mini fridge near it before we even opened it the first time. Microwave still had greasy fingerprints on door from previous guest. Sink does not drain water well and needs to be fixed. Bed and pillows not very comfortable. Unfortunately would not stay here again mainly due to cleanliness issues and condition of room/amenities.

The proerty and room were cute and quiet however, there is no clock or phone in the room at all, they only give you 3 pillows on a king bed, their housekeeping took dirty towels and the bathroom mat but didnt replace them and never even swept the floor in the room.

We were checked into our room and I thought I had already paid the room through Expedia, but apparently nothing was charged until the day I checked in. They put us in the room next to the janitors closet. It was tiny and dirty and smelled, of course the other room that was available was a $270 upcharge, but it was much nicer and worth it. I didn’t realize They took pets. Although the pets never bothered us I have a feeling is why the first room smelled. The property just could use some TLC lots of chip paint. The hot tub was warm but did not work, etc. but overall we were happy with our stay there.

Though the property is an older property, the room was clean and appeared to be well taken care of. The mattress was firm, but not hard, and was comfortable. The associated we're friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again, if in the area.

Beach front with. Pool and fireplace is amazing! However, the rooms were very very dirty. Blood and mold on the curtains and ceiling is very unacceptable. The state on their website that they offer breakfast but that is a bit of a stretch, I wouldn’t even consider it a continental breakfast. I expressed my concerns to the front desk but nothing was done about the uncleanliness of our room. Very disappointed.

Room 116 was the worst experience of my life. Noisy from both sides of the room. I tried to end my stay early due to discomfort with the noise and cars Headlights going though the curtains all night and wasn’t allowed to. I tried to upgrade my room but the staff tried to charge me more than the online price for that room. Terrible experience!

I know the area is recovering from past hurricanes but the door did not lock from inside, window curtains were falling off rode, rust on anything that was metal, phone line was not working, bed frames were all chipped, windows were dirty and very limited parking. We just stay because it was right off the beach and did not want to deal with hassle of finding a different hotel at last minutes. Would NOT recommend for anybody.

The hotel is right on the beach and the balcony with our room was a perfect place to be when we had enough sun. The view was gorgeous! Although there was an elevator to get to our room, you had to use steps to get to the beach, so that is hard for older people or handicapped people. The shower did not have a lot of pressure and you had to turn the shower head towards the wall so it didn't leak through the doors onto the floor. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay!

I bought the hotel stay for my parents for Mother’s Day. They came home this am and had nothing but great things to say. They said everyone was so pleasant and nice. My mom even complimented the chairs on the balcony so she could watch the ocean in the morning with her coffee. They both seemed relax and happy. They also said it was dog friendly they were debating on taking my dog next time.

Honestly, the place was nothing to brag about. The room was ok, its a continental breakfast, aka muffins, bananas, apples and coffee. The only thing about this room that was great, was the view and location. 5 minutes from Daytona and 1 hour from St. Augustine
