We had a room prepaid for 5 nights and just one night into our reservation they gave our room to someone else. We came back to find other people in our room and our stuff was no where to be found and they couldn’t explain it. Thankfully the “stuff” appeared the next day. But we had to deal with that at 1am in the morning. Not recommended.

The lobby to check in is over at Days Inn. They should charge $19.99 a night, because you don't get anything in the room, there are no towels, no remote for TV, there are no lamps. Cable wire is cut, you can see the wires. Microwave stays on, therefore you have to unplug it. The smell of mildew and smoke is very unpleasant. The common area was dirty. Needs major improvement if they are charging those prices.

I stayed Friday night through Monday morning. At no point during that time were any towels available. I did receive a roll of toilet paper and a small bottle of shampoo and conditioner upon request, but that might have only been for the Days Inn next door, not sure. The surfaces appeared clean, but the floor had the soles of my feet black within 10 minutes of walking back and forth. I spotted one roach-type insect the first night and sprayed it, and saw none after. I did cough a lot, as I believe the really old a/c maybe had a dirty filter, but wasn't going to check that and make matters worse. The room was quiet for some of the time, but neighbors soon changed that. I believe that a large portion of guests are actually tenants here, so they were used to running, being loud etc, allowing their dog to bark nonstop. Breakfast is not included, but it did say coffee on the site. However, the only coffee available was next door at the Days Inn, next to the breakfast items, so be careful to not touch that stuff. I never tried the microwave, so can't say if that worked. The tv was grainy picture quality, and the minifridge was cold, but needed to be defrosted. The two different hotel clerks were very polite. No bedbugs, no cigarette smell. I did bring my own blankets, and avoided sleeping on the sheets, simply because of many reviews I read and I didn't want to chance anything. For the price, it met my needs of needing to just get away for a few days.

Too much smokers and bums and noise plus the room I book was both as advertised, no WiFi, no tv in the room when we did get a room that had a tv the remotes didn’t work the stay was just very uncomfortable. Also when asked for a remote for tv I was told that they will call the manager and see if they find one they will bring it or I wait until the next morning if maintenance comes in I would be given one. Until this day I am yet to see or hear anything from anyone

Too many smokers, homeless people, the pictures online are different from when you get to the property, the room had no tv, then they wanted to take $100 as deposit when it easy listed on the booking website, then we got a room over Days inn instead of the Extended stay the tv remote didn’t work, the internet didn’t work, the sheets were dirty even when I got a new set of sheets. This place is a mess. It's dirty stinky and filthy it took them three rooms to find something for us to use it the toilet worked and wasn't filthy. Then they kept $100 deposit won't answer the phone and give excuses. I forgot to get it when I left so I'm simply made a phone call and now I'm getting hung up on and don't get my money back. The room was perfect when we left. For what a dirtbag place it is it was perfect I guess I can say. The Cockroach that crawled up the wall near the bathroom door in the morning when we woke up was a pleasant surprise. There was mold in the shower. If I don't get refunded my $100 I'll make a report to department of Business and professional regulation over unsafe environment. I've done it before so expect it to come your way if I don't get a phone call and you do something to fix this filthy place up. You have mold, roaches, it's a filthy environment and it's not safe. Toilets that don't work and full of nasty toilet paper and then you argue with people to get a different room. I want my $100 refund back or you're going to get a visit from the state. This place is a filthy nasty mess do not go there. The people that work there are rude and ignorant. Especially the lady behind the counter that thinks she knows everything and sends you to a nasty room telling you the doors work when they don't. It's just a terrible filthy nasty place to stay with a bunch of dirt bags that run it and they'll keep your deposit and not answer their phone.

The ladies who work here are amazing. I am so grateful for their wonderful customer service ( don't really see much of that these day) patience. They are friendly and welcoming even after having to take a barrage of abuse from the guest checking in before us. The hotel is comfortable and clean but noisy as it is next to the highway.

The check in process too a while with only 1 person at the desk. She was nice but very frustrated. There were many people waiting to get new keys bc they couldn't get into their room(they didn't know how to open their door). I get to the desk, got my key and went to my room. Got into the room and none of the lights worked, not even the bathroom light. There were lamps with no bulbs. Only thing that worked was the ac unit. Went back to the desk and there were more people having issues. I got a second room on the days Inn side. She said it was better than the last... well it wasn't. All the lights worked.. ac worked.. but there was no tv. I called her and she asked me if there was a tv in the other room I had. I told her I think so.. and she said she's getting that tv and bringing it to me... and she did.. got relaxed and started walking around... I had to wash my feet just to get into bed. The floor was disgusting.. super dirty. Also the pillows looked super old and they were uncomfortable. Please don't waste your time here. If I could have canceled and got my money back I definitely would have. ** $100 deposit on all rooms is a bit excessive...

The property was disgusting, the shelves on the tv stand were hanging and busted, blood in the toilet and on the floor by the beds. Black mold on the walls we walked in and walked back out it was horrendous. It smelled of cigarettes and mildew, the blinds were busted no privacy. A bunch of people walking around outside, trash outside of rooms and all over the walk way. Would not recommend ever .

Fue un desastre, separe ese hotel y nos hospedaron en el days inn ya Que no había nadie en el extended para hacernos el check inn, luego no querían ,decían que teníamos que contactarnos con ustedes ,que ellos no podían cobrar ,,me comuniqué con ustedes y muy amablemente Pedro me orientó ,la muchacha del hotel no quiso hablar con Pedro ,se negaba ,no fue hasta q llegó la manager ,le explicamos la situación y accedió a cobrar , pero nos hospedaron en el days inn ,la limpieza no estaba tan mal ,lo único que no me gustó fueron las sábanas de la cama ,muy finitas y manchadas ,reservar con ustedes fue tan fácil ,pero hacer check inn en el hotel fue horrible

Safety- There was little children (under 5) play and jumping the steps when we arrived. No parents around. People drinking alcohol and smoking Marijuana on the balcony in the open. There was whistles and cat calls at my wife from some sketchy looking guys. Broken- missing bulbs from lamps. TV remote did not work nor was there a power button on the tv. The place smelled poorly like body oder. I refused to pay the wanting price for the room for such horrid conditions- so we left within 15min of check-in and demanded refund to our account.

Smoke detector was detached from wall, kept smelling cigarette smoke during the night, our key card worked when it wanted we had to insert the card like 6 times for it to unlock the door... we had one roll of toilet paper, 1 towel, when we asked for another towel, they were in the dryer and never brought to our room when they were dry, there was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, there was gooey stuff thrown on the ceiling above the sink, one light working above the sink, no remote for the tv, which we were out most of the time so really didnt need a remote, the a/c worked great, shower was great as well as the bed was comfy, but definitely did not match photos online and we will not be staying there again or at the daysinn as we had friend who had bad experience there as well...

I did not stay in the Extended Stay. I had to check-in at the Days Inn where they gave me a room and I stayed for 3 nights. The front staff said I couldn't get breakfast because I booked Extended Stay initially. The Days Inn was not the best either. I'd give it 2 stars. I didn't intend to book Extended Stay, I thought I booked Extended Stay America in Ormond Beach. Unfortunately my reservation was non-refundable so I couldn't afford to cancel. Will not book again.

This property needs to be demolished! It was absolutely beyond dirty and disgusting. When we got to our room and open the door, the room was dirty and disgusting. Someone did not go in and clean after the previous customer used it. Trash was still all over the room. AC was not working, blind was all broken and the room stinks. This property is totally dilapidated. Would not recommend this property just for health reason.

Do not stay here. I just needed to rest for a few hours before a 16 hour drive. The floor was peeling off. The door would not lock as the metal door jamb had been cut out. I used the table in the room to secure the door. The beds only had sheets and were pushed sideways against the wall. The toilet would not completely flush. Families with young kids lived in this hotel as the were hanging outside there units. The only good thing was the hot water worked.

Sign said checkin at Days Inn after 11pm, but no on at Days Inn showed up for the night shift and had to sleep in car while others stood outside in the cold until early morning. Room 151 was trashed…broken window blinds didn’t cover window, locks and deadbolt didn’t latch, large holes in drywall plugged with plastic bags, exposed 120V wire terminals from A/C on floor, TV doesn’t work, internet doesn’t work, hardwood vinyl flooring was torn up. Requested a move to a new room and that one was a little better, but it smelled bad because there was wet dog food spilled in the A/C register. I asked maid to clean room, but she responded that it was her first day and she was going to quit. Website photos show curtains and a clean exterior and interior. However, those photos are severely outdated and misleading. The property is in a state of disrepair. I believe the property is suffering from lack of help with help wanted signs posted. I think the staff is doing what they can, so issues need to be escalated. Going rate should be $29/nt but I was charged $144/nt.

The place looked like a run down vacant building. Upon my arrival I couldn't check in there. I had to go next door to the Days inn to check in. Apparently they're both owned by the same person. I was required to Provide a $100 cash deposit which I have never had to do anywhere else. I arrived after sunset and had trouble finding my room because most of the exterior lights were not working. I was in a second floor room and entrance to the rooms are at the exterior of the building. While walking down the stairs to get to ground level, I missed the last stair step prior to the staircase turning and nearly hurt myself as it was dark and that area is also not lighted. The toilet seat was broken as well as the toilet paper dispenser and the half roll of toilet paper was kept on top of the toilet tank. There was mold on the shower curtain and all of the furniture had some damage. There was a fairly large gap around the door which allowed a lot of the expressway road noise to come through the door. Bring ear plugs if you are staying here as well as a flashlight so you can find your room. The only saving grace is that I didn't find any bugs and the sheets were clean. I wouldn't stay here with my significant other because she might leave me.
