Friendly staff. Only a 5 min walk to Disney springs. Free shuttle to all Disney parks. Nice rooms. What more could you ask for?

Stayed only one night. Our check in was ok. But the front desk staff who checked us in was clearly not into providing the Disney level of service. We were there last month and it was the exact opposite. Typical Disney service. Top notch. Back again to Florida in a few months. Might not choose them again. I pay for service. Didn’t get what I paid for.

We were really happy with this hotel. Close to Disney springs and the pool area was really nice. When I booked I thought there was a little kitchenette but the room didn’t have one. I also thought the room had a walk in shower but it was a tub. Not bad just a bit more dated that I’d expected.

The resort was nice. We stayed in the main building, our room that looked out the lake was comfortable and it was clean. I think the hotel needs to improve in lighting inside the rooms. We had only 2 beside table lamps which didn’t provide enough light on the entire room. The restroom also needs better lighting as when u shower the shower room is kind of dark. Otherwise it was a good experience.

This hotel is very convenient to Disney Springs, a five minute walk. The rooms and common areas are clean and well decorated. The bathrooms however are small and not well lit. The shampoo and conditioner bottles are very small and difficult to squeeze. Be sure to bring your own.

room was dirty brought to the attention. Staff said they would change my room didn't do it then waive the parking fee of $22 really you waived $22 parking fee. Are you kidding me? Another other concessions the staff member seem completely offputting that he had to cop me anything and was very irritated with me when I asked for help with my luggage I did not receive any. I would never ever come here again.

I always have an amazing experience every time I stay here. The location is conveniently close to Disney Springs. The hotel is clean and all staff are always friendly, helpful and professional.

Got the room for my daughter and a friend for her birthday. Called ahead to check on room security and get a room in the tower. Katherine was so helpful and nice! My daughter had a great time and loved the hotel and ease of valet and check in. Thank you!

Loved it! Super fun hotel for kids to go to Disneyworld. Walkable to Disney springs. We loved it. Staff were really nice and one girl especially in the snack bar; she was so patient with my son!

I genuinely enjoyed our stay at this hotel and will consider staying near other hotels around the area for our next trip. However there is a specific incident with a staff where they were extremely rude and made a 5 start experience a 3 star experience. This one individual definitely left a bad taste of what could’ve been an on going stay for our family.

The bathroom tile in shower was moldy and gross!!! The shower curtain was old and had stains. Whenever I called front desk no one picked up. The rest of the place was decent but not happy that I paid for a queen bed and got what looked like a full size bed !!!!

Property is a 8 minute walk to Disney Springs where there are lots of restaurants, bars and shopping. Very close to Disney resorts, etc. Clean facility with friendly staff.

My room had bed bugs. I thought I was being bitten by mosquitoes however I found out on my last day after I found 2 in my sheets. I was unable to report the issue as no one was at the desk when I left at 4:30am today.

Hotel was very nice and clean. Staff were very nice and helpful. Minutes walk to Disney springs. Only downside is that there are no shuttles to the airport. The taxi was $60 for a 20min ride. There are shuttles to the parks. Overall reasonably priced and will visit again

Very nice hotel, we loved the 5 min walk to Disney Springs for dining and shopping and prob 15 to 20 min drive to most Disney parks!

Everything was just great, walking distance to Disney Springs, shuttle bus to the parks, room very comfortable. My only thing I did not like was the breakfast. I expected more for my 23.00. Eggs bacon and sausage were cold, the french toast was hard. So I opted for fruit an d yogurt.

Room was tired and dated compared to when we stayed in 2018, HATED the hard sell for timeshare when we checked in at 10pm. We just wanted to go to our room then over to springs, were pressured into “we have a gift bag for you” which was nothing of the sort. Hard sell for a time share which the lady was really annoyed at us when we said we weren’t interested, literally saying “what else are you going to do instead?” Has really put me off staying again
