Oh i dont know where to start. First sign of trouble started suring checkin seeing the motel map they list fees from not providing house service unless a additional fee, a additional fee for clean towels, a fee for different broken items listed by item. This should have been my first item that management expects unsafe poor quality at the hotel. Next we went to our motel room and was immedjately gretty by our neighbors in the mext door screaming and sounds of somwone being hit. We tried to call the front desk but they dont have a way to get ahold of the feont desk unless by text. We immediately went to the front hotel desk and told them and stated aomethinf needed to be done for the safety of their hotel guest. The front desk basically told us we could call the cops but they wont do anything or get involved. They did give us a new room but they acted like it was a big deal and asked if we used anything in the room in we just saw the check in guy 10 minutes ago. We decided to go steaight from there to old town to try to decompress and get away from the motel. After coming back that night we went to take a shower and there was hair and spots throughout the shower. We got disgusted and had a very short shower. The rest of the room looked clean. The bed frames seem very flimsy and moved anytime you tried to move slighty. Very uncomfortable beds and slept very lightly throught the noght not feeling safe to really sleep. Overall i would never stay here again.

There were bugs in my room. The shelf in the bathroom fell on i was getting out of the shower. When i told the staff they came and fixed it. But was making comments about my size and acting like i had another person in the room. The manager actually asked me whete my partner was. And i was traveling alone. Then was the staff acted sorry when i told her i caught her comments inbthe mirror of the bathroom. Probably the worse hotel i ever stayed in.

It has new tvs which hardly any hotels have so I can watch Netflix and it’s very clean and new and just amazing experience just wish they would allow early check in without charge 😁

BED BUGS. My family and I decided to stay there one night because the reviews were decent and price was somewhat reasonable. When we got there I inspected the sheets only to find bugs. I wish I had taken a picture but was in an obvious hurry to get out. The property did nothing and did not refund us. Horrible experience.

There was no staff present in the morning until after 9. The pool was not opened until it was convenient to them. We asked for change out on towels and a blanket and was told it was an extra charge. There was no coffee in the room or in the lobby. When the staff did arrive they acted like they had better things to do besides their job

Lobby was only open for 2 hours a day. Did not feel safe, door did not lock. There is a door that connects to the next room. Several parts of the room were damaged when we arrived. Bed bugs, it smelled. We had a pet with us, the website says they are pet friendly, but they are not and we had to pay a $15 fee per day. Super thin walls, as evidenced by us hearing the room next door having some adult time. Having said that, it has a cool Flea market next to it, good food trucks walking distance away, and it’s only 10 minutes (15 with traffic) to Disney. Is also centrally located with essentials (Walmart, restaurants, ect.)

Very nice inexpensive hotel.
This place looks to have been recently remodeled. It is very nice inside. The beds weren't that comfortable, but for the price I can't complain. The staff was nice and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was dirty, the bathroom ceiling was leaking and pieces of ceiling were falling. I have pictures. There was no phone in the room or a working tv. People loitering outside, smoking drugs with chairs right outside the front of their room. When I went to Front Desk with concerns, they said there was nothing they could do.

Very Nice
The room and the beds were nice and clean. For the price, I could not have asked for anything else. You are getting a great place to stay and a great value. The suites are located near restaurants and shopping plazas. So, you don't have to go far to have fun. I will use these suites whenever I'm in the area.

Late night manager was extremely accommodating, polite and helpful with my checkin from a delayed flight arrival. Facilities are clean and updated and the pricing was just right for a simple place to stay. The pool was clean and had recent improvements which was pleasant. Great location in Kissimmee.
