Amazing!!
We were so happy to stay at this property. The home was clean and as advertised. The pool and the hot tub were lovely after a long day of activities. The small community was a nice touch as well. Neighbors were friendly. It's conveniently located to Everything which we loved!

This is a charming house, lots of room for everyone to have their space, and very convenient to the parks. Kitchen has everything you need, AC is cool and comfortable, and my kids love the video games and checkers in the garage rec room.

Great house for two families
The house was just as described in the listing and very clean. We went to Universal Studios each day we were there and left the house at 7:30am. That time of day it took us about 45 minutes to reach the parks, but I imagine without traffic it would have been a 25 minute drive. The house is well furnished and was very comfortable for our 3 adults and 4 teenagers. We visited in mid-March and paid for the pool to be heated. The water never got warm enough for us to be able to use the pool or spa after coming home from a day at Universal so that was disappointing.

Sorry Stephanie about the pool never getting warm enough for you. Our heater runs daily but some winter weeks when it's super cold it will lose the heat overnight, then takes hours to warm back up. I believe the week you were there it dropped into the low 50's overnight and never went over mid 70s durning the day, so that's a challenge for everyone with pools in florida. I've experienced this myself when staying there in winter months but the spa has always warmed up. Since your stay I've changed the spa timer/valve per the recommendation of the pool company based on your feedback, they said this can help add more heat to the spa, since the one we had was 5 yrs old. Perfect for disney
Upon arriving, we had issues with the door. The lock doesn’t catch properly. But once we got it open we were good. The hot tub is not a hot tub, it’s a spa so you have to turn it on for it to warm, not an issue but the listing stated hot tub and after two days of driving we were looking forward to it. The place itself was clean and tidy, when we had to contact the host they were very quick to respond and helpful. The location to Disney resorts was awesome, the neighborhood was quiet and clean. I would book again if we decide to go back to the area.

Laura, Thanks for the review. 'm sorry about the door issue, it just depends on how it's closed it's a digital lock so if someone pulls it while it's still locking it gets hung, a jiggle of the door and reenter of the code gets open. The heading of our property says Pool and Spa, the listing area VRBO has doesn't have a spa listed option, it says pool and hot tub but in the description area of amenities it has it listed as Private Pool and Spa. Sorry that wasn't clear. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay and we hope to hear from you again in the future. Bill

We had a great stay. Bill was more than accommodating and always quick and pleasant to respond. My only let down was that the Minion children’s room was transformed into Toy Story. One of the main reasons we booked this house was because we were doing a Universal trip and most vacation rentals are Disney oriented, I loved that this one had a Universal theme to it as well. So, if you have a little that is looking forward to the Minion themed room, give them a heads up. The kitchen was very well stocked! Make sure you bring extra paper products and soaps for everyday essentials. It was about a 40-45 minute drive to Universal.

Megan, I'm sorry about the mix up and you are right the pictures should have been updated re minion room. We are in the middle of redoing it and that's the reason it wasn't changed on the site, as it isn't 100% finished but is 100% usable. I can understand the disappointment and I'm truly sorry about that. The site will be updated by end of Feb when we are there to finish the rest of the updates. Unfortunately the minion room was getting beat up a little after years of renters and kids pulling the decals off the wall, spills on the comforters etc so we need to refresh the room. Thanks Again for renting and we hope to hear from your again in the future.

Universal vacation
The house was great and the kids got plenty of use out of the pool. The drive to Universal was at least half an hour to an hour and traffic was bad in both directions. Also be sure to bring all your basic household needs, like hand soap, dish soap/dishwasher pods, laundry detergent/pods, spices, etc. Very few pods were provided. Overall it was a great experience and we'd love to stay again!

Thanks Traci, I know there is more traffic at certain times of the day so it can be shorter or longer depending on time, day or the season you are visiting in but on average is 25-30Min to Universal. I normally leave before or after rush hour say before 7:15am or after 9:30am to head to the parks. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay and we hope to hear from you again in the future.

Great place
We had a great time. From the swimminng pool, to the game room our kids had a blast. There was a gator in the pond that we love to watch daily. The house was very clean, with plenty of towels, and blankets. We had a few questions and William got right back to us with a answers. Getting to the parks was a 30 to 40 minute drive depending on traffic.

Enjoyed our stay greatly. The house was very clean. Nice themed rooms for the kids and loved the Mickey Mouse touches around the house! The kids loved the game room and everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub! Would come back again!

Home had every thing we needed and more. The Big thing for us was abilities to get to all the Disney Parks with ease. Traffic a little discouraging at times but we come from a rural area so not use to congestion. We spent very minimal time in the home, but it was nice to have a pool to unwind at night, especially for the children. Home was clean, kitchen very well equipped, beds very comfortable, game room fine for young children. Pool table a little challenging for adults to have a good game with only one usable pool stick, one electronic game out of service and the foosball table had a player missing a foot. All is fine for those that do not plan to spend a lot of time in the home playing games. Other things for renters to consider is that you do need to bring dish soap, dishwasher soap, tissues and laundry detergent (3 pods supplied, but needed those for last day to start 1-2 loads of bedding and towels that is asked of you on day of departure). There is some toilet paper and papers towels to get you through a day or two but should be prepared to make a grocery run soon after arrival. Overall it was still a great home for a decent price and worth staying at.

Thanks Kimberly for the review. We address things that are brought up in your review as they come up, as some of those things like pool sticks but sometime we are not aware until we get a review or a renter lets us know. There was one new game added in September 2023 as the one there we are having issues getting it repaired correctly. Yes we do supply a few pos for dishwasher and laundry and do ask you to run a load of towels or sheets so cleaning can get the house turned around weekly on back to back renters. It's really something that is asked because it takes time for all the laundry to be done and some renters use more towels and bedding than others so there can be a lot to get through. Nice home
The home itself was very nice and only 20-30min from Disney and Universal depending on traffic. The pool was a great size and the spa was a very nice addition. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. I would suggest leaving earlier than the school buses to avoid traffic if you’re trying to get to the parks at opening. My only complaint would be the cleanliness. I met the housekeeper and although she was very nice, she missed a lot of things. We found an old pan of hamburgers in the oven, crumbs in some of the bedroom drawers, the mat in the hall bath had some brown stuff on it, the light switches were visibly dirty and we found some trash like candy and clothing tags under the bed. And although these were small things they made me and my family feel a little uncomfortable. But overall I would stay there again.

Hi London, thanks for your feedback and I'm really sorry the house wasn't as cleaning as it should have been and what I would have expected it to be, as I do hold them to a high standard. I'm following up with cleaning today. If you had reach out to me on check in, I would have made them come back to address any misses for sure. It's no excuse at all but I know they had multiple back to back rentals on the labor day holiday so they may have been short staffed and a few things go missed. They normally check under beds and should have definitely cleaned the oven. I just stated there and made sure the place was perfect and there was only one person after us before you so I'm not sure what they did to the switches but I'm making sure it's addressed. House was very welcoming! Each bedroom had it’s own theme, more than enough beds. The master bed memory foam mattress took a little getting used to. There are plenty of housewares to make simple meals. Bring your own detergent for extra laundry and extra toilet paper if you have kids. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

Wonderful Property
We would 100% use this location again, or any location under the same owner. Communication was quick and easy. This was our first time doing a 10 day Disney trip and staying off property, but it was wonderful. We had plenty of space for the four of us to stretch out in, which isn't the case with a hotel room. The house is close to the parks, and we had a quiet pool to use at the end of the day. Peaceful neighborhood. There wasn't anything more we could have wanted from the property. The only negative thing I'll say is that there needs to be a note in/around the pool area on when the maintenance people will be present. We were waking up one morning to see someone walking into the pool area, which was a bit disconcerting. We quickly realized what was happening, and even had a brief, pleasant chat when they came the following week.

Great house to relax after Disney and hide out from a hurricane
We really enjoyed staying at this house during our trip. The hot tub came in handy after we returned from the parks with sore feet. The house is located in a nice community that is close to all the hustle and bustle of Kissimmee. The owner checked in on us when the hurricane was headed our way. Definitely would stay here again when we come to the area.

He was always responsive, the AC unit went out one night and he had someone there quickly and resolved the issue… I was very impressed Thank you for making our family vacation that much better.. we will definitely be staying again!
