“You get what you pay for.”

I was on business and this hotel was what i needed. Comfortable without the luxurious over the top amenities which let me concentrate on my business without going into the holiday mood. I was extremely pleased with the hotel.

“I will stay there everytime!!!!”

My family and I had the best time at this Hotel, they have a lot for your kids to do, the staff was so pleasant, the hotel was right in the middle of everything you wanted to do or see. We can't wait to go back and stay there again. Thanks Radisson

November is a great time to go, theTheme Parks are not as growded and it is not as hot. about 80 degree during the day and low 60's at night.

“Check for connecting rooms!”

Super hotel, great location, easy to find, friendly staff - but check if they have allocated you a connecting room. Not the best deal if you have noisy neighbours at 1.30am. We mentioned it the next morning on checking out and were told that we could have requested a quiet room, specifically non-connecting. Great if we had been told that beforehand, even better if we had not been given a connecting one - the hotel was not anywhere near full so why put us next door to an occupied connecting room anyway?

Kissimmee - great golf course there - Kissimmee Bay CountryClub. They do bargain deals if you play after 12 noon. Fabulous golf course with very friendly staff.

“not impressed”

hire car representatives unhelpful & rude. was quoted the same for a basic economy rental without fully inclusive insurance, unlimited mileage and fully fuelled which I then paid $50 less for a top of the range camaro with all of the above inclusive. room smelt damp. staff generally unhelpful. ordered cab's and was always charged from the hotel than getting back when questionned got told I could always walk. Asked to extend for a day at the expedia rate that I had seen but got told no and it would be double so booked into the much better villas at grand cypress at the same rate who far more attentative and actually appeared to want my my money.

“Just OK”

Over all the hotel is ok. The location is good for traveling to Disney world and others. The annoying sight was the carpet was to dirty and old. The towel also need to be change.

“it was ok”

It was obvious the hotel was newly renovated and it looked nice but there were a few disappointments with our stay. One of the hot tubs was half empty the first night we were there and through all of the stay the hot tubs were colder than the heated pool. The bigger complaint was the transportation to the parks. It did not run frequent enough. With their bus schedule you have to go to the park in the morning and remain at the park until the evening hours. There are no buses that run in the afternoon hours. Also the last bus runs before the parks close so you cannot enjoy all of the parks final festivities. The staff of the hotel was polite and helpful.

Area recommendations

A hotel on or closer to a Disney property. That provides better transportation.
