We stayed here for 3 weeks in March-April 2022. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space, which was welcome after crowded park days. The kitchen was stocked well enough for cooking a few simple meals at home, the baby items (pack n play, gate, highchair, plastic dishes) were very much appreciated. Everyone loved the pool/hot tub and game room. I appreciated not needing to leave the property to enjoy these amenities (baby could nap while older kids had supervision swimming). Plenty of towels and pool towels for our group of 10.
The few issues we had with damaged items were addressed. The house is in overall good condition, the front path needs repair so watch your step, I think it needs paint touch up esp in the stairwell (people being careless with their luggage I assume). I generally think carpets are gross, these need a deep clean IMO, but not a deal breaker. Marcella was easy to get ahold of, and none of the issues we had made our stay any less enjoyable, though I do think they need to be fixed.
We also were able to go over to the resort pool one day- margaritas while the kiddos played in the water- yum! The house was about an hour from Universal, 20-30 minutes from parking on Disney properties, with animal kingdom being the closest. There are plenty of stores nearby and Instacart and Amazon deliveries went just fine when given explicit delivery instructions of how to enter at the gate. The kids loved the themed rooms, adults loved having their own closets and bathrooms. Laundry on site was a huge bonus, as was having a place to hang wet items after getting caught in the rain (couldn't imagine draping all our things in a tiny hotel room). Overall, I'd stay here again.
