Monica, It was a pleasure to have you stay at our property. Even though I spoke with you throughout your stay, you never mentioned any of these issues - except the BBQ grill which I handled quickly. I personally check my properties and take care of any issues that come up. As far as the dust, our cleaning team checks the house before and after each guest. So I know the house is clean. I wouldnt have mostly 5 star reviews if I kept a dirty rental. This house doesnt have critters. But that being said, this is Florida and you can expect to see insects and bugs. But regardless, we have our house treated by pest control professional services twice a month. We do not have bug issues. We would not have so many 5-star reviews if we had a house infested with bugs. This house does sit on a wooded plot. But I wish you had told me about the racoons during your stay. I dont want you to miss any sleep and want you and all my guests to enjoy their stay. I have since notified the HOA and they have captured and removed the racoons. Joy, We were so happy that you came to stay at our villa. You and yoru family were wonderful guests. I do want to address some of the issues you brought up. Yes, this house is located in the back of the community. This is great because the location is private with very little traffic. Previous guests have told me that when staying at this house, it's like being in your own little world. And yes, on 7-1-23, the new security plan took effect in this gated resort. We have always had security at the resort and they are continually updating their security plans to have the best safety measures for guests. This community takes the safety and security of its guests very seriously and does not allow loud, out of control parties. There is a guard at the gates. And every guest is verified upon entry. Sherry, I am glad you had a great time. We loved having you. I do want to address some things you talked about in your review. First, I want to say that you never mentioned any of these issues to me. I talked to you several times during your stay and you made me think everything was great. I would have fixed any issue for you had I known about them. 1) the water doesnt take forever to heat. But to be fair, I have never timed it. There are 6 bathrooms in the house. So if most of the bathrooms are being used at once, it may take longer for the water to heat. And the tub isnt tall enough to come up to someone's calf. We did have a plumber come check the tub after you posted this review. And they found nothing wrong with how the tub drained. Our house is thoroughly cleaned before/after each booking. Again, wish you would have told me the issues about the grill and patio door at least once during the several times we talked. Our pavers, walkways, driveways, etc are safe and continually upkept by myself and the community. As far as the dining table is concerned, this house was designed from the studs on up for large gatherings. And I make sure that there are more than enough dishes and utencils for large gatherings. I take pleasure in doing that. I want big groups to stay, have wonderful meals together and make lasting memories in this villa. And as for the broken outlet cover behind the couch... all I can say about that is I'm not sure why something so minor is in a review. But hey, if you would have told me about it while you were there, I would have been so happy to replace it for you. Marcella

But in the future know that you can contact us while you are staying about any issues that you have and we will fix them right away. That is why we provide you with our 24/7 contact number just in case anything happens or is not to your liking. We will fix it. The spiders - unfortunately in Florida spiders webs can occur overnight, again we do check the home prior to every arrival. We hope these items will not deter you from considering one of our homes in the future.

Adrian, we were so happy to have you at this property. Glad you thought the property was beautiful. I would like to respond to your comments since you never alerted us to any of these issues during your stay. 1) We know that you were upset that you received a fine from us because your party was smoking on the property. But per the signed rental agreement, you were aware that this is a no-smoking property. Your guests left lighted cigarettes out on the pool deck and loose tobacco inside the house. This is danagerous and could destroy our property. So we understand that you were upset but that doesn't justify lying and saying we have bugs to retaliate against us. 2) This property is treated once a month for "inside insects" and quarterly for outside insects. There are no "inside insects" at this property. If we did, we would not have such high ratings. 3) Our property manager checked the dishwasher before and after your arrival and it was working both times. So maybe you didnt understand how to operate it? But nevertheless, if you come again, please let us know if anything is not working during your stay and we will fix it. I take great pride in providing my guests with a wonderful experience. We hope you can join us again. Marcella

Crystal, Thanks for staying at this property. We were happy to have you. I appreciate your concerns but unfortunately, you did not alert me to any of these issues until after your stay. So, to address these concerns.... 1) Our property management is excellent and let me know that all of our furniture is in great condition. My property manager also let me know that you contacted them about your kids jumping on and breaking the bedroom furniture. We have fixed that furniture but in the future please dont ding us for things that your children caused. 2) We have 24/7 free wifi service. 3) We actually have 2 pest control companies that service this property. One comes out to treat this property monthly, the other comes out to treat this property quarterly. We do not have roaches. And after talking to you about this, you said that you saw 2 outside on the sidewalk and never in the house. So its really not fair to say that we have roaches because we dont. We have had so many guests and we have excellent reviews. We wouldnt have such great reviews if we have roaches. But we hope you can come stay with us again in the future. Marcella

Tangela, We were so happy to have you stay at our property. However, I am sad that you won't ever stay with us again. Thanks for saying that my communication with you was great, but during our calls you failed to mention to me all the things you stated in this review. We could have definitely made the pool and spa hotter for you. That's an easy fix if you had let me know. And I had no idea that the refrig is not keeping food cold. When I read your review, I sent maintenance out there to fix this asap. I am sorry that you didn't like the location of our house in the subdivision. That is something I cannot change. Unfortunately, I also cannot change the actions of guests in other homes. But as we stated to you in our arrival documents, our community is gated and we have 24-hour roving security. So if at anytime you felt uncomfortable with other guests, etc., you can contact security. I can't comment as to why your phone didn't have any reception. I recommend that you contact your cell phone carrier for that as the cable and internet was working fine. We strive to give our guests the best possible experience. That is why we have 24-hour maintenance and 24-hour security. We provided that information to you upon your arrival and it is unfortunate that you did not take advantage of that during your stay.
